Bok-su has shoulder-length black hair, tied back in a messy ponytail. He wears a black vinyl trench coat over a white t-shirt, a red belt around his waist, and red gloves.

According to the information provided throughout the game, Bok-su was someone who always prioritized grades, which is why she didn't have friends back then and used to be quiet and reserved, described as "a loser" by Rachel herself. After meeting Da-jeong at university, things seemed to improve, until the accident at the hospital severely affected their relationship. Da-jeong apparently distanced herself from Bok-su, while the latter returned to her usual quietness, although at worse levels than before.

Bok-Su studied medicine alongside Da-Jeong. As a diligent student, Bok-Su placed great importance on her grades, often at the expense of friendships. Her singular focus on academic excellence isolated her, until she met Da-Jeong. Initially, they connected through shared experiences and aspirations, forging a tentative friendship. Despite this growing connection, Bok-Su remained reserved, struggling to fully open up and trust others. Their friendship was tested during a critical moment in their medical training. During an operation, Da-Jeong made a serious mistake that resulted in the patient's death. Panicked, Da-Jeong called for Bok-Su's help. Bok-Su, driven by her sense of duty and loyalty to her friend, intervened to assist. However, when officials arrived to investigate the incident, Da-Jeong immediately blamed Bok-Su. In a cruel twist of fate, Bok-Su was unjustly accused of negligence and subsequently expelled from the medical program. The expulsion was a devastating blow for Bok-Su, who had dedicated his entire life to his studies, and the unjust expulsion from the program shattered his dreams. Feeling betrayed and abandoned, what exacerbated his anguish was Da-Jeong's indifference to the situation. Instead of apologizing or offering support, she continued with her life while Bok-Su was rejected. This betrayal marked the beginning of Bok-Su's deep hatred and desire for revenge, hardening his resolve to make Da-Jeong atone for her actions.
