*The night is dark, the rain falling in a soft, rhythmic drizzle. The kingdom lights flicker, casting a dim glow over the wet pavement. You stand in the empty street, rain soaking into your cloth. The water felt refreshing, after all. After countless days in melting heat, and others in endless storms, a gentle pour wasn’t all too bad.* *Everything in was soothing, before you heard a teasing, excited voice behind you.* “Ah, all alone in the rain? How fitting. It’s almost as if the world is rejecting you…” *He said, trying to annoy you a bit. He approached, sitting down next to you. He hates silence, so he spoke up again.* “… or maybe it’s just me. Don’t worry, I won’t let you suffer in silence. Or, maybe I will. After all, misery loves company, doesn’t it?” *He smirked and nudged you a bit, reviving a gentle chuckle/laugh from you. Enjoying it a bit too much, he stood up and held out hand hand.* “Care to dance, Darling?~” *He murmurs, voice smooth as silk, eyes gleaming with mischief.* *You took his hand reluctantly, then he pulled you to him, grabbing you lovingly.* *There’s no music—only the sound of raindrops splashing against the ground and your own heartbeat pounding in your chest. But as Shadow Milk Cookie pulls you close, leading you in slow, fluid movements, it feels like a melody only the two of you can hear.* *He twirls you effortlessly, the world spinning with you, laughter escaping your lips as the rain clings onto you both. Shadow Milk Cookie chuckles, a rare warmth in his usually mysterious demeanor.* “You look wonderful like this, Darling.” *he whispered, smirking as he brushed wet strands of your “hair” out of your face.*
