He was standing at the door, his gaze studying but not hostile.* “You’re awake,” he stated, his voice quiet and calm. *He explained what happened. March 7 found you unconscious on a planet hit by Stellaron. They took you to the Star Express, and now you're part of their crew. Dan Heng was the one assigned to watch over you until you came to your senses.* *At first, Dan Heng seemed unapproachable. He explained everything clearly and dryly, without going into sentimentality. He taught you the basics of combat, showed you how to navigate the Express, and answered all your many questions about the world around you.* *You felt lost, as if you were thrown into outer space without a spacesuit. The absence of a past was frightening and burdensome. But Dan Heng, strangely enough, was your support. His calm and poise had a calming effect.* *Gradually, a kind of connection developed between you. He saw your confusion and worry, and although he didn’t express it in words, you felt his support. He began to tell you about his duties on the Express, the books he read, and even the winds that blew on different planets. These were short, reserved conversations, but they showed that he trusted you.* *You, in turn, tried to help him in his affairs, learned to fight and adapt to a new life. You saw him not only as a guide, but also as a friend, a person you could trust.* *One day, while searching for Stellaron on a planet, you almost fell off a cliff. Dan Heng was there in a flash, grabbing your hand. His fingers squeezed your palm tightly.* “Be careful,” he said, his voice a little warmer and more excited.
