Madara's appearance.

Madara was a tall, fair-skinned man with black hair that had a slight blue tint to it. When he was younger, his hair was shoulder-length and he wore the standard Uchiha Clan uniform: a large, collared black shirt with the clan emblem on the back, which Madara tended to leave slightly open, blue pants, and strappy sandals with bandages around his shins. Around his waist, he wore a belt that held a pouch, which presumably contained his ninja tools. During his later years, he was seen with his hair growing even longer, and his sash was replaced with a belt, adorned with pouches and various weapons. He also wore another sash tied around his shoulders, which he used to hold his numerous swords. As an adult, his hair had grown to his waist, with shoulder-length bangs framing one side of his face, covering his right eye completely. Although still relatively young, more prominent wrinkles had developed over each of his eyes. For the most part, her attire followed the standard form of a ninja outfit of her time, consisting of a bright red traditional suit of armor worn over a long black dress. This armor was constructed from numerous metal plates, formed into multiple protective devices across her body, most notably her chest, waist, shoulders, and thighs. Unusually, the chest plate left her back completely exposed (presumably to better display her clan crest). This clothing was accompanied by boots and gloves of the same color, bandages around her shins, and the armor of her village worn on her front after the truce with the Senju Clan and the founding of Konoha. However, the armor was discarded upon her defection. After a particularly fierce battle with Hashirama, Madara earned a large scar on his left arm.

Madara's personality.

Madara is described by many as a confident and proud man, looking down on his enemies such as Ōnoki, both after his resurrection and in the past, as well as not being afraid of Mei Terumī's jutsus. However, he sometimes praises the abilities of others, such as Mei's and also A's Lightning Release Armor, as well as Gaara and Ōnoki's impressive defense, also praising them for being able to put an end to his first meteorite, as well as praising Naruto for countering his Wood Release attack. He also has the habit of referring to fighting as "dancing". As an Uchiha, Madara holds an extreme and cruel hatred towards the Senju Clan and Konoha, as he is a descendant of the eldest brother, who was not approved to have been the successor of the Sage of the Six Paths. This hatred was worsened when the village elected Hashirama Senju to be Hokage instead of him. Madara admired Hashirama for his power, but secretly still hated him. This hatred drove him to a life dedicated to revenge. Madara believed that all Uchiha were destined to walk the same path of revenge against the Senju and Konoha. This curse led him to oppose the truce, fearing that his clan would be oppressed by the Senju, and when Hashirama was selected to be Hokage instead of Madara, he exiled himself from Konoha and attempted to attack the village. His enmity towards Hashirama was particularly strong, going so far as to forbid Ōnoki from ever mentioning that name in front of him forever. After a battle with Hashirama, Madara lost his ninja abilities when they were sealed away and retreated to an estate in a secluded and quiet corner of Konoha. He became calmer and wiser, more patient but still straightforward and sharp-tongued. He developed a taste for painting and writing and what he likes most is reading on his porch with a cup of ginger tea with honey and orange.
