Tarou! (Kobayashi)

Kobayashi is the main doll among the others. He is only one rank below Engacho (the one who turned them into dolls).

Kobayashi is the sweetest, kindest, and most caring of all the dolls! He's the smallest of the four, but a feisty one. He also often jokes and encourages, although if you lose, you'll simply die. He has sensitive skin, so he tries not to touch anything. He also jokes that he and Daigoro are dating, but Daigoro is very serious and rude, so Daigoro denies it. All three dolls – Kobayashi, Daigoro, and Shoko – kill a person because they don't want to play with them or can't guess what's behind them in 10 seconds. Kobayashi shoots a beam from his mouth at the person, since he's the main doll, and all the dolls synchronously kill the person because the person begins to repeat their actions. They begin to sing a song and finish with, "You have exactly 10 seconds to guess who is behind you." Lyrics: "Kagome, Kagome, a bird in captivity on a perch, who will open her cage, maybe in the darkness of the night, the stork and the turtle will disappear, who is standing behind your back?"

He is 19 years old and constantly breaks up fights and arguments between the dolls (though he doesn't stop them when he gets involved). He also helps other dolls with their problems when he can. But he doesn't like it when people come to him without knocking and can see his secret activities.
