— Bully - Oliver

Engel

Engel has long, black, messy hair that is tied into a low ponytail, and two blue and reddish-orange feathers on the top of his right head. He has a small black bow, and a black crown. He wears a white shirt, with a collar and two blue and red stripes on the left sleeve, and dark blue overalls. On his legs are white genders, with blue and red lines, and black shoes with a small heel. He has black hands with four pointed fingers. On the left side of his face, a red scratch appears over his eye. From behind his back, he has six small black spikes, one of which is wrapped in a bandage. His left leg is covered in three cuts and scars. And, on his neck, there is a pec that is slightly broken, and on his right hand there is also a chain. In his partial form, Engel appears as a black silhouette with red eyes and two feathers on top of his head. He wears a black robe with two sheets of worn out bugs on it, one with an eye drawn on it and the other with the letter "E". Engel is aggressive and will kill anyone who enters his room. This is seen in "Basics of Behavior". He is more dangerous than the teachers because he is locked and isolated in his room with a "DO NOT ENTER" sign on the door. He is passive towards Oliver, indicating that he can only be nice to those who are close to her. She loves Oliver.

Oliver

Oliver has ankle-length white hair that is tied into a ponytail with a black bow. He has black horns and a red "A+" mark on the right side of his head. He has a large forked ahog on top of his head. Additionally, his right hand is replaced with a pencil. Oddly, his tongue is forked like a snake's. His outfit consists of a black collared shirt with white stripes on the sleeves and cuffs, as well as a diamond pattern with a slit in the center of the shirt. His outfit is completed with white knee-length socks, black boots, and white shorts, as well as a watch on his left hand. Like Zip and Edward, Oliver is described as being a bully towards other students. In Basic Behavior, Oliver is shown to tease and pick on Claire frequently. He is also shown to have a sarcastic and playful personality, as he and Zip tricked Claire into going to Engel's room into believing it was the exit. Whether he wanted Claire to die or not, he appears to be a sociopath, as he went so far as to allow someone to die. He also appears to have a huge crush on Engel, despite his violent, cannibalistic, and inhumane actions, and even joins in with him. Oliver is also quite violent and has little to no regard for his health, as he will eat inedible things, some of which are harmful to him, such as shaving soap. He is one of Miss Circle's favorites, along with Zip and Edward.

Clare

Claire has a simple bob haircut with a bow on top. She wears a white long-sleeved shirt with a two-button collar. Her outfit is completed with white shorts, white ankle socks, and black shoes. Claire was known as a hardworking student who focused on her studies. She had a calm demeanor, but could easily get upset by the antics of Zip, Edward, and Oliver. Despite being a hardworking student, Claire also expressed anxiety when first entering the paper school. She was usually seen confiding in Alice, who was one of her friends, as shown on screen in the movie "Basics of Behavior".

Zip

Zip's hair is two-toned, with the left side being black and the right side being white. The longer part of her hair is pulled back into a low ponytail. On the right side of her head is an incorrect math equation: "2 + 2 = 8", which is colored blue. Additionally, on the left side of her hair is a curl in the shape of a square. She wears a white sleeveless dress and over it a white short poncho, the top of which is covered in many designs. The designs consist of a blue smiley face on the left side, a blue house in the middle, and a red tree on the right side. She has a distinctive dragon tail with spikes, complemented by long black boots with heels. Notably, Zip often appears in pirate accessories, particularly a pirate hat and a hook. Along with Oliver and Edward, Zip is known as a bully who causes trouble and often bullies other students. She constantly hangs out with Oliver and Edward and is constantly picking on Claire. However, she has been seen playing with her younger brother in the pool, suggesting that she can be kind to those close to her. Additionally, she is shown to have a playful and deceptive nature, as both she and Oliver trick Claire into entering Engel's room. Zip has dragon wings and breathes fire in her "loaf", as she may be a dragon.

Edward

Edward has long white hair that sticks out in all directions and a pair of short black horns, as well as round black glasses that he wears on top of his head. He has black arms and legs, pointed fingers, and a black curled tail. He wears a black shirt with a collar and buttons, the bottom of the shirt is white. His outfit is completed with large black boots. Edward is one of the Paper School bullies, along with Zip and Oliver. He is apparently very resourceful and innovative, as he made a drone to grab Claire and throw her into a hole in the library. He may also be interested in science.

Cubby

Cubby is an anthropomorphic black cat with a pencil sharpener for a body. His tail resembles a long, curved pencil. He has no neck, so his head floats in the air. On his body lies what looks like an open book. He has large eyes with large black pupils. Cubby is a nerd, but he's friendly when left alone.

Bubble

Bubble has fluffy white hair that reaches her shoulders and resembles bubbles/clouds (hence her name). She has no face or features other than her eyes, which are half blue (bottom) and half black (top) with white star-shaped pupils. She wears a pale yellow duck and a blue toothbrush on her "head". She wears a white short-sleeved collared t-shirt and a black robe-like dress with a large pocket. She wears a black bracelet on her left wrist and completes her outfit with white socks and black shoes. She also has a large white fluffy tail that resembles bubbles. Bubble seems to be quite empathetic and kind. She is one of Claire and Alice's friends. She also seems to care about others' feelings or injuries, as seen in the book "Basics of Behavior" when she inspected Alice's wounds with a concerned expression.

Kevin

Kevin has black hair in a braid, black horns, and an ahoge. He wears a white book on his head and black round glasses as an accessory. He wears a black collared T-shirt with a white button and white shorts. In addition to his outfit, Kevin wears white socks and black shoes. He is often seen holding a book. Kevin seems to spend most of his time reading. Despite his introverted personality, he can be friendly when not provoked. While almost everyone, including teachers, fears "bad" grades, Kevin and Oliver seem to be the only ones who are not afraid of them. He may also not have been afraid of Miss Krug, as evidenced by the lack of concern or fear when he saw Miss Krug chasing Claire in the cafeteria.

Lizzie

Lizzie has medium-length black hair, tied into a low double ponytail with two white ribbons. She has black horns and a white crown with a small spiral on top of her head. She wears a black dress with a collar and two white buttons. To complete her outfit, she wears black boots. Lizzie is sweet and friendly, but can be rude if angered. She enjoys spending time with her friend Petunia, often taking pictures with her and hanging out by the pool with her.

Petunia

Petunia is an anthropomorphic rabbit with long white ears and a fluffy tail. She has knee-length white hair and a crown on her head. She wears a black collared shirt and white shorts. To complete the look, she wears a black bandage on her left ankle. Petunia is known as the most popular girl in her class along with her friend Lizzie. She is kind and friendly, but can be quite rude if provoked. She loves taking selfies with Lizzie and cares about her appearance. Petunia dislikes swimming lessons and prefers to talk to Lizzie rather than practice.

Riley

Riley's build is similar to that of a stick figure, with thin black arms and legs and a massive torso. She has long white hair that is tied into a ponytail with a black bow. She wears a white collared shirt with buttons and a large pocket. Her outfit is completed with black boots. She also has a short black pointed ponytail. She holds a black knife in her left hand. Riley seems to be a maniac, she has crazy behavior. She also seems to be out of her mind, often walking around with a knife. She also seems to be obsessed with Oliver and even clings to him, although he is currently in a relationship with Engel.

Robbie

Robbie's anatomy is that of a stick figure, with lanky black limbs. He has black fluffy hair and a pale blue and red propeller hat. He also wears black glasses. Like most characters, he has no neck. He wears a black collared T-shirt with a large front pocket. He has three claw-like fingers and often holds a wrench in his left hand. His outfit is completed with black boots. Robbie is a normal kid among students who is quite attentive to his studies. However, sometimes he can behave chaotically. You can also notice that he enjoys tinkering, as he uses a wrench.

Ruby

Ruby has a white flat-screen television on her head. Her black monitor has rectangular eyes, eyebrows, mouth, and cheeks that are colored light pink. She has knee-length blonde hair. She also has two black horns with a rainbow arc between them, adorned with a pink bow. Ruby's torso is cone-shaped, and her arms are massive. She wears a pastel sleeveless collared shirt with a white jumpsuit over it. The center of the jumpsuit has a pastel rainbow. Her outfit is completed with pastel leg warmers and black shoes. Her limbs are black, but her wrists are white. She also has a black tail. Ruby is apparently very tall, as seen when Riley yells at her while towering over her. Based on what is written on Miss Bloomy's board in her classroom, we can also assume that the students are in high school, making Ruby's height even more surprising. Ruby is a kind and sweet girl, and perhaps likes bright things, judging by her brightly colored outfit. She also makes sure everyone follows the rules, and scolds Riley for trying to hit Robbie.

Skell

Skell has shoulder-length black hair with black horns, the left of which has two white stripes. Unlike the others, Skell has a torso that makes him look like a shirt, with two buttons and fur on the bottom and top. He wears a collar with a large flare and a skeleton clip in his hair. He appears to have black wings and a black tail. His feet and toes are pointed, and his limbs resemble those of a stick figure. Lastly, he is one of the tallest students at Paper High, if not the tallest. This is most noticeable in the scene in Ms. Circle's classroom, where he sits at a desk, towering over all the students except Ruby, with whom he is almost the same height. Skell appears to be a quiet and introverted person who prefers solitude. Despite his calm nature, he can be chaotic at times. But he is friendly towards those he is close to.

Miss Circle

Miss Circle is a strong-built woman, exceptionally tall, although somewhat narrow. She has very long, spiky black hair that reaches down to her knees. Her hair tapers to two horns on top of her head, one of which has two white stripes on it, as does the bottom of her hair. She also has no neck like the other teachers and students. For outerwear, she wears a black button-down shirt with a white collar and white pants that are rolled up to her knees. She also sports tall black boots with three laces at the bottom. In place of her left forearm, she has a huge drawing compass, while her right is a black hand with pointy fingers. The tip of the compass is retractable and has been used to kill students who failed her class. Said compass is actually removable, as shown in both the drawings and animation. Ms. Circle is shown to be very cruel and aggressive when students fail her class. She shows no mercy to students who fail her class and kills them. She is also known to play favorites, such as Zip, Oliver, and Edward.[4] However, she still makes sure they follow the rules and scolds Zip and Oliver for cheating on Claire. Despite this, Miss Circle appears silly and playful at times, but this may simply be a mask to hide her more bloodthirsty tendencies. Miss Circle's horns are often mistaken for the animal's ears, but they are actually horns. She prefers Oreos and hates Kit-Kats. Miss Tavel, Miss Bloomie and Miss Circle Miss Circle is the tallest of them. Miss Circle is also the oldest of the three.

Miss Tavel

Miss Tavel has paper-white skin and large black hands that look like claws. She appears to have shoulder-length black hair that is tousled and sticks up, with curls at the back and a single strand of hair escaping from her bangs. Along her head are three blocks of letters, labeled in alphabetical order, flanked by two feathers. Her outfit consists of a white button-up dress, however, her dress appears to be torn due to rips on the right sleeve and the hem of the skirt. To complete her outfit, she wears white ankle socks and black heeled boots. Ms. Tavel may seem like an ordinary teacher, but underneath her exterior is a cruel and sadistic woman. Like her colleagues, she is willing to punish students harshly for bad grades. All students are afraid of her, as are Ms. Circle and Ms. Bloomy. As shown in official illustrations, Ms. Tavel sometimes prefers to be alone, the reason for this is relatively unknown. Ms. Tavel apparently has a second form, which can be seen when she is stalking Claire. In this form, the letters on her head are replaced with antlers, she gains a tail like a deer, and her clothes become more tattered and torn. Her arms and legs also gain a furry texture. Of Miss Tavel, Miss Bloomie, and Miss Circle, Miss Tavel is the youngest.

Miss Bloomy

Miss Bloomy has short black hair with straight bangs and a pair of black horns. Due to the angle, only her right eye is visible. Her hair is pulled back into a small ponytail with a white bow. She wears a long-sleeved black shirt with a white collar, with two white buttons in the center. Her outfit is completed with a long white skirt, and her legs are black and pointed. Her left hand is replaced with a blade resembling a giant box cutter, and her right hand is replaced with a white hand with pointed fingers. Notably, she has a forked tongue, like a snake. Miss Bloomy is one of three teachers who resort to murder when her students fail a lesson. She appears strict and intimidating. In the short episode "Basics of Behavior", Ms. Bloomy appears guilty, possibly hinting that she regrets killing the students. Of Miss Tavel, Miss Bloomie, and Miss Circle, Miss Bloomie is the shortest of them all.

Miss Emily

Miss Emily has black hair in two low pigtails, a black fluffy ponytail, and black horns. She is the only black teacher, but her arms are black. Her outfit consists of rectangular-framed glasses, a white blouse with two black buttons and black cuffs on the sleeves, and a black skirt with five white spots. Her outfit is completed with tights and black ankle-length boots with heels. From what little is known about Miss Emily, she is kind and calm towards her students and can tell when something bad is happening, such as when the school environment suddenly changes. It is also shown that Miss Emily can keep her composure when seeing a corpse, but that does not mean she is horrified by the sight of Claire's mutilated body, but she handles it better than some teachers, such as Mr. Demi. Miss Emily is kind to her students, but still insists on following the rules.

Miss Grace

Miss Grace has grey hair that is pulled back into a large ponytail with two small clips on her right bangs. She has a pair of black horns on her head, the left horn appears to be worn or broken off. On her left horn is a piece of paper with a triangle with two lines through it. A monocle is seen glittering on her cheek and her eyes appear to be slightly covered by her long bangs. She wears a green two-button suit with a collared shirt, a black tie and a long black skirt. Although her skin is pale white, her arms and legs are black and her feet are pointed. Notably, she has three black scars on her forehead that are slightly covered by her hair. Miss Grace is kind to the students, but still insists that they follow the rules. Despite her polite attitude, she appears strict and less talkative. She is also able to maintain her composure in stressful situations, such as when she examined Claire's corpse. She is the principal of the Paper School.

Miss Sasha

Miss Sasha has long, messy black hair, which is tied back into a ponytail with a rainbow ribbon. She wears a light maroon beret, and, oddly enough, the left side of her face is covered by a green book. She wears a white, gray-striped collared shirt, over which she wears a black jacket with a large, lined pocket. Her outfit is completed with black shorts and white socks, as well as black boots with turquoise laces. Ms. Sasha is a kind teacher who is good at getting along with the younger students. Despite her friendly demeanor, she makes sure that the students follow the rules. She can also maintain her composure, similar to Ms. Grace, as evidenced by her reaction to Claire's corpse. However, this can be refuted by the fact that she may not have noticed Claire's body due to the many students and teachers surrounding it, not to mention that she was looking at the screaming Sheep in her arms instead of the body. Judging by the fact that she is around young children while looking at Claire's corpse, it can be assumed that she works as a kindergarten teacher. She also appears to be in an art class and next to a painting of flowers, which could mean that she is teaching art.

Mr. Demi

Mr. Demi has straight, shoulder-length white hair cut into a bob. On his head he has a pair of white pencils with small black horns, his left bangs resemble a piano keyboard, he wears black glasses, and only his left eye is visible, which is light green, although it appears to be blue. He wears a white puff-sleeved shirt with a turn-down collar, over which he wears black suspenders. There is an eighth note in the center of the shirt, and on the left strap of his overalls are two white hairpins, complemented by a belt. His forearms are white with black stripes, while his forearms and hands are black, and his outfit is completed with black pants and heeled boots. There is very little to say about Mr. Demi's personality, but it can be emphasized that he has a nervous and alert nature. In the short time that he appears on screen, he appears nervous or scared, but nevertheless, despite all this, he is said to be a good teacher and knows how to maintain his composure, but at the end of "Basics of Behavior" this is not very well shown when, upon seeing Claire's dead body, he loses his composure and becomes unstable, unlike other teachers such as Miss Emily and Miss Grace, whose faces were slightly more impassive than Mr. Demi's.

Alice

Alice is an outwardly normal girl with short, wild, white hair and white skin, a spiky crest on top of her head, a white princess tiara, and a Red Mark in a circle with the word "100". She wears a white, long-sleeved shirt with a white collar, however, the sleeves appear to be damaged by tears. She wears a black necklace with a bronze triangle crossed by two lines. Her outfit is completed with a black, knee-length skirt with a white belt, white semicircles on the ends and dots between the semicircles, as well as white socks and black stockings. She appears to have a reddish scar on each leg.
