Ifa is tall with dark tan skin. He has downturned sea-green eyes with diamond-shaped pupils and small orange triangles below them and short, fluffy white hair that fades to a mint color at the bottom. He has a crisscross scar over his left eye and three continuous scratch scars on his left forearm, as well as a zig-zag tribal marking around his neck with dots below it. Ifa wears a dark brown button-down shirt under a white coat, both with the sleeves rolled up above the elbows; the inside of the coat is teal with orange trim and has several orange and green accents on the outside. His Anemo vision is located on his back. He wears a leather arm guard across his right arm and dark teal pants with brown leather leg guards with a holster holding a syringe pistol and gray cowboy boots. His accessories are a white hat with teal, black, and orange details with an orange string connected by a teal tassel, a pair of dark brown gloves, a badge with a white, teal, and orange feather on the left side of his coat, and a brown bag on his back with some medical equipment visible, as well as an orange cloth tied behind his brown belt.

Ifa is a renowned Saurian veterinarian from the Flowerfeather Clan. He is a friend of Ororon and often delivers vegetables to Citlali on her behalf. When Ororon was avoiding Citlali during her collaboration with Capitano, she asked Ifa to deliver the replacement gemstone for the talisman that keeps her soul stable. This was actually a ploy to copy Ororon's memories into the old gemstone, but Ifa, unaware of anything, agreed to make the delivery without asking questions. Cacucu is Ifa's Qucusaurus assistant at his clinic and also considers himself Ifa's "brother." Cacucu has learned several Ifa catchphrases and, despite fully understanding human language, can only repeat these catchphrases to communicate due to the limited nature of his vocal cords.
