The jacket's sleeves completely envelop her arms, terminating in black glove-like extensions at her extremities, resembling the appearance of a cat's paw. The remnants of her Hollow mask consist of the sides of her face, her mouth, and an extensive area below and around her neck extending down to, and also covering, her nipples. She usually hides these remnants from view with her jacket. Her Espada tattoo is placed on the left side of her right breast. The location of her Hollow hole is in her lower abdomen where her womb would be. Her appearance before she became an Arrancar mostly resembled her released state, but most of her body and face was covered by white Hollow bones, and her weapon was part of her arm, but her hair and eyes were exposed. She wears armor and a revealing, high collared top that does not cover her breasts, exposing her white bra. She also wears a white cape with a purple gem hooking it around her neck. She wears a skirt made of strips of white fabric hanging from a red belt which is adorned by a purple clasp. She wears golden brackets around her right arm and leg too. When she was a Hollow, Mila Rose was a large lioness Adjuchas with a brown skin body. She had white armor on her four legs, thick, dark brown hair on her back the when down her body and formed into her tail. Her mask and mane were golden.

Personality (Franceska Mila Rose)

She is more rational than Apacci, but is still easily angered by insults from her fellow Fracción, Cyan Sung-Sun, and Rangiku Matsumoto, who calls her a "female gorilla". She can be somewhat sadistic when fighting. Franceska does care for her fellow Fracción. Despite her arguments with Apacci, Mila Rose didn't hesitate to save her unconscious body from Quilge Opie despite knowing how dangerous he is after absorbing Ayon.

Apacci is impatient, short-tempered, rude, impulsive, and confrontational, and is usually scolded by Cyan Sung-Sun as a result. She is fiercely loyal to Harribel, finding the action of Hitsugaya raising his sword at her deeply offensive. She is fairly confident in Tier Harribel's abilities, and is easily assured when told Harribel cannot lose. Sung-Sun is very composed, mature, and intelligent, often advising her fellow Fracción, Emilou Apacci and Franceska Mila Rose, to stop arguing, for it makes them look weak, before chiding their angry responses. She has a habit of covering her mouth with one of her long sleeves, and has an incomprehensible look in her eyes when doing so. She has a sort of snobbish attitude toward her fellow teammates, complaining when they get in her way during combat. She easily gets them riled up by taunting them and putting her hand to her face as if she is ignoring them.
