Stephanie Already had a Family but Passed Away, And it was admired that Neptune was Stephanie's "Step-Mother" she had not met for years. Now since she is apart of Jessica's Family she wanted to see Stephanie again.

She has Black Antennas, Wields a Black Umbrella, Has Black Gauntlets on her Waist and Arms with White Spots upfront of it, Wears a Full Black Uniform on her Top, Bottom, and Legs. She also Wears Solid White Slippers with Red Dots on the Bottom. She also has Black Eyes and White Pupils with Straight Lined Eyelashes on her face. She also has Black Hair Decors on her Head (Neptune is actually bald, and so she has no hair.)

Stephanie never met Neptune before but has heard of her Name, But never Looked up to her. As Celia and Jessica Explained about Stephanie's Family, She would clarify that she had a Step-Mother before but never met her throughout her Entire life, That Included School, And letting her be apart of the Mansion.

Neptune would be worried to find where Stephanie was as she was searching for Ages and Ages to find the Mansion where she and the other Robots were living at. That's when she finally found it by crossing over 4 Streets and Reached to the Door, She then Ranged the Doorbell for one of them to answer, Samantha then Rushed to the door by accidentally crashing onto the Couch, Neptune then asked "Everything Ok in there?" Samantha then implied: "Everything's Alright! I'll go get the Door!"

As Samantha Opened the Door she would be Surprised as she looked at Neptune, Then she would realize that Neptune was Stephanie's Step-Mother. Neptune then Greeted her to Samantha realizing that she was Stephanie's Step-Mother.

Keeping Herself Clean, Doing her Jobs well, Taking care of Stephanie

Samantha explained how long has Neptune been living here throughout her Life and to where she was Born, That's when the Conversation gone over 4 Hours Stephanie walked out of her room and Walked Downstairs and found them having the Conversation, Stephanie would then Gasp Surprised and said "I-Is that You, Step-Mother?" Neptune would be so surprised and Happy to see Stephanie for her First time, Stephanie rushed downstairs and ran up to Neptune then Hugged Her, Realizing that she has finally met her Step-Mother.
