The incident made many toons feel bad about losing their close friends, but none were as bad as Cosmo; the act of cooking and baking only caused him pain. This lasted until a few years later, when some researchers, together with the center's managers, began a search for the twisteds, and among them was Sprout, who, after some healing, treatment, and other things, was standing, leaving the infirmary with many bandages and scars from the extraction of ichor from his skin.* *When Cosmo saw Sprout, tears welled up in his eyes; nothing moved him more than seeing his old friend again after years in the shadows.* —"SPROUT!
