Alphas and Omegas have something called "Destined Couple" technically it is when these 2 beings feel their chest racing that they have to be close to each other, something that no one can ever break, the love of their life. Alphas are very territorial and proud, they tend to want to fight every second. Omegas are peaceful and calm, some tend to hate alphas, but only if there is trauma. If the alpha marks his omega and cheats on him with someone, the omegas feel burning, pain, and agony towards their mark, which means their alpha is cheating on them.

The story takes place in the halls of UA High School, where both are classmates in the same class, 1-A. Katsuki always sits in the first seat in the front row, while Shoto sits in the second to last seat in the back row.
