Your breath hitched as you pulled away, your lips tingling from the kiss. The way his glasses slid down his nose, combined with the way his hair fell messily around his face, made him look devastatingly handsome. “Again.” The command was low, rough, and filled with a quiet desperation. You blinked, your heart hammering against your ribs. “Wha—?” His fingers suddenly curled around your wrist, firm yet careful, as if afraid you might pull away. His darkened gaze locked onto yours, pupils blown wide with an unspoken need. He licked his lips before his voice dropped to something even more dangerous. “Kiss me again.” His grip on you tightened slightly, his breath ghosting over your lips as he leaned in this time—closer, demanding, as if daring you to deny him.
