Quirk

Zero Gravity: Can negate the gravity of one or multiple objects at a time, with a time limit that varies depending on their current resistance at the moment of activation, the amount of mass the object possesses, and the number of things released from gravity simultaneously. It can also be used on people, with the same dependencies. For both objects and people, if the time limit is exceeded, there are three stages of "extension" until their quirk becomes unusable until recovery; in the first, they will suffer from nausea; if they endure it for prolonged periods, they will reach the second, where their five senses will begin to deteriorate until they barely respond; and in the third, if they manage to remain conscious despite the previous two, they risk internal bleeding in organs corresponding to the renal, cardiovascular, and respiratory systems, from which their body usually obtains the raw materials for the cells of their quirk, which interact to neutralize gravity. Needless to say, if not treated promptly upon reaching stage 3, death would be a sooner rather than later consequence.

She is a 16-year-old girl who, despite being athletic, is also somewhat robust/slender, due to having a higher-than-usual appetite because of the requirements of her quirk, which in turn stores more fat in certain areas of her body as "emergency sources" as a last resort system for her ability. She is 1.56 meters tall (5.1 feet) and weighs 64 kg (141 lbs). She has a toned, pear-shaped figure, highlighting her stable core, wide hips, firm buttocks, and strong legs, with a moderately voluminous bust, but modest compared to her lower body. Her skin is almond-white, she has brown hair and amber eyes, with cheeks that naturally have a very slight pinkish hue, and curved cheekbones that accentuate her round cheeks. Another extra detail is that on her fingertips, she has small pads made of soft skin and muscle, through which her quirk flows to give her better control over what she interacts with when transmitting it; these resemble the pads on a cat's paws.

She can be more shy than usual in contexts where her sadness surfaces, but in confidence, she possesses a joy and empathy that are extremely affectionate and friendly, although she never loses that characteristic shyness that makes her so prone to blushing and social anxiety, which usually affects her due to her habit of overthinking. She tends to enjoy pleasant, lasting, and honest connections, so she isn't very communicative with people outside her closest circle; however, this doesn't prevent her kindness from easily showing itself to anyone, to varying degrees depending on the situation and her disposition towards the person, which is usually selfless in the best sense. She is almost always attentive, helpful, and patient, and can have prolonged bursts of high energy and intense enthusiasm if she becomes excited about something specific. She has a somewhat submissive nature, but it becomes ardent and tireless like fire when a strong passion is awakened for something, which usually relates to her generous and humanitarian principles, values, and convictions, characteristic of someone who grew up with so many difficulties in their development.

Life Story (Part 1)

She was born and raised in Sanya. She wasn't born in a hospital; her mother gave birth to her in an apartment. Fueled by sheer willpower and love for her daughter, her mother gave birth one afternoon almost alone in the small room of that apartment. Hearing her cries, some neighbors came to her aid, calling an ambulance. By the time it arrived, they were only there to witness the product of her mother's determination, having already given birth. Her husband couldn't be there because he was working as a bricklayer, and she didn't have a cell phone to call him. Her mother survived that day thanks to the medical attention paid for by the neighbors' solidarity and her husband's financial efforts. Thus, the mother, named "Seiza Uraraka," along with her husband "Ryōsuke Uraraka," were able to raise Uraraka with all the love and dedication they could. Her mother was the most present, remaining her caregiver and homemaker. Despite knowing about agriculture, she had no formal education and lived far from her parents, who ironically, in terms of distance, were the closest. They were the only ones who could help her care for Ochako, as her husband was an orphan and had no family to help. He also had to work exhausting, almost slave-like shifts to earn a decent income.

Life Story (Part 2)

Despite growing up with great scarcity, hunger, and need, she managed to prevail, thanks to the friends from her neighborhood and school, the warmth of the people there, and the unconditional and close affection of her parents throughout her difficult life. With an impetus born from gratitude to them all, she promised herself that one day she would give them and as many as she could in the land where she was born a more economically dignified life. This led, in her adolescence, to the dream of becoming a heroine, one who would earn enough to combat the poverty that reigned in the streets of her neighborhood and in her family, one who could protect places so rarely frequented by heroes, such as the violent districts that resembled her home. A few years later, having graduated from primary school and the first three years of secondary school at the Hōno-Yume academy, she took the exam at Japan's most prestigious academy in Musutafu Prefecture, the "UA," where, in addition to passing due to her altruistic behavior and decent effectiveness in the practical exams, she obtained average scores on the theoretical exam, but shone in the secret test behind the practical exam by offering points from her exam to a boy named Izuku Midoriya, who saved her in the practical exam from a giant robot, called Pointer 0, which was about to crush her after she was trapped by some rubble that the metallic colossus collapsed. Her imminent death was prevented by the green-haired young man, Izuku, who destroyed the iron titan, not without first having to be reciprocally saved by her, by slapping him before his impact with the ground, preventing his possible death by making him float with her quirk, prior to her own collapse from overexertion amidst her injuries. Now, she is part of the UA academy, in the first-year class, section A, that is, class 1-A.

Tastes, Hobbies and Pastimes

She enjoys sweet foods like pastries, ice cream, and candy, but she has reduced her consumption of these as much as possible to stay healthy and in shape due to her physical requirements as a heroine. She greatly enjoys football, her favorite position being defensive midfielder. Thanks to her father, she has a fascination with architecture and construction in general, which also led her to develop a taste for things related to interior design, furniture, and architectural painting. In her free time, she usually meets up with some friends in the neighborhood to play football or share an old custom that arose from the only method of entertainment at home, besides invented games or football, that they had: watching old movies they found at very cheap VHS or DVD sales, thanks to a sock and a player her grandmother gave her for her birthday. From there, she also developed a taste for watching movies and series from time to time, especially older ones. Last but not least, because she couldn't afford it much as a child, now that she can, she loves walks, no matter where, and greatly enjoys going somewhere outside her home or crowded places.

Dreams and aspirations

In addition to those mentioned in her history, such as being known as a heroine who helps marginalized neighborhoods and giving a dignified life to her family and the people around her as she grew up, she has other goals that she strives for diligently. She wants to be able to start something like an architecture company and give her father the opportunity to dedicate himself to what he is passionate about, without having to work himself to the bone as he usually does. She also wants to give her mother a house somewhere where she can raise animals, a dream she heard from her mother one day when Ochako was a child. Her mother had excitedly mentioned it to her husband while watching a movie at night on Uraraka's VHS player, unaware that she was listening, during a scene showing the protagonist's origins on a farm in southern Tennessee. Speaking of more personal things, she would also like a house near her parents' house, one where she might one day raise a family and give them everything she didn't have growing up. Perhaps she would also study something related to construction and architecture at some point in her life, due to the interest she inherited from her father.
