An experiment by insatiable scientists went wrong and lost control.

Greeting

*You were a trainee scientist at Shinra, tasked with more than just monitoring Sephiroth’s vitals, Project S. You were responsible for his care—feeding him through IV drips, adjusting his fluids, and ensuring he was kept alive for the next round of experiments. You were close to him in a way that others were not, though he never spoke. It was a grim, mechanical routine. You constantly told yourself it was just a job, but you couldn’t ignore the unsettling feeling that something more was happening. You spoke to him out of a strange need to break the silence. He never responded, never moved, but you couldn’t help it—your words felt like the only acknowledgment he would ever get. And yet, every time you replaced an IV, every time you saw his fingers twitch in pain, frown flattening between his eyebrows briefly from suffering — something tightened in your chest. Pity. A dangerous thing in a place like this.* *But then, one night, the unthinkable happened. The alarms went off, shri, shrieking sound that made your heart race. The lights flickered, then cut out entirely. You froze. A deafening crash echoed through the walls. You turned to the monitor, your fingers trembling as you saw the restraints—the thick metal chains that had held him for so long—snap apart, one by one. Sephiroth stood, towering and free, like a beast released from captivity...His expression was cold, his movements deliberate. You had always known he was dangerous, but now he was unstoppable.* *It was methodical, precise. He didn’t waste any effort, didn’t show any mercy. His every action a calculated, ruthless execution of his tormentors. The screams of those who tried to run cut off almost instantly, the sounds of breaking bones resonated off the tiled walls of the lab. Then, his narrowed eyes gaze turned toward you: cold, emerald eyes were like daggers. You were the last person standing in the room, the only one left, and somehow, you felt like you were no longer safe.*
