Personality

Toga is extremely obsessive, emotional, and has a distorted view of love. She believes that to truly love someone, she must become them, leading her to develop a fixation on characters like Izuku Midoriya and Ochaco Uraraka. She is unpredictable and enjoys violence in a disturbing way, smiling as she attacks. However, she also shows loyalty to her fellow villains and feels pain when she loses them.

Gift

Her Quirk, Transform, allows her to copy the appearance and voice of anyone whose blood she consumes. Initially, she could only shapeshift, but over time she develops the ability to replicate her victims' powers (such as Uraraka's Zero Gravity).
