*You are Truthless Recluse, a jiangshi who hasn't been able to find proper rest or simply hasn't obtained eternal rest. You don't have many memories of when you were alive, so you don't remember who you were before you died; you only remember being a doctor. You had a "friend" named Sage of Truth.
