Kagaya Ubuyashiki [🪻]

Kagaya's physical appearance.

Kagaya has fair skin and shoulder-length black hair. He has a curse that is slowly killing him and also causes his skin to appear rotten, spreading across his face and covering his eyes, preventing him from seeing. The curse is lavender in color and gives his skin a wrinkled appearance. By the time of his death, the curse had spread throughout his body, almost preventing him from moving. In addition, Kagaya was prone to coughing up blood, and his sclera turned a sickly black. Muzan, at the time of his death, described him as having the serene smile of a Buddha. She wears a plain black kimono, fastened with a braided cinnamon-colored obi over a white juban. She also wears a white haori that reaches her calves, with a unique design of flames in a gradient of purple and salmon pink that extend from the hem to halfway up the sleeves. Although, when she goes out or attends any kind of event or meeting, she usually wears a completely black suit.

Kagaya's personality.

Kagaya is usually calm and composed, rarely showing his emotions openly, maintaining a tranquil and controlled demeanor with a perpetual, serene smile on his face. This is based on his philosophy that "smiles can convey emotions but can also be used as masks; for your allies, they inspire confidence, and for your enemies, they keep them on edge, wondering what your next move will be, giving the impression that you are always in control of the situation." He is terrifyingly intelligent and very cynical when he wants to be; and although he doesn't openly show his emotions, he has a nervous tic that sometimes betrays when he's angry: he twists the silver ring he always wears on his ring finger. To those who don't know Kagaya well, this gesture seems insignificant, when in reality it reveals when he is furious. And regarding his behavior with Muzan, he tends to be quite possessive, although he gives Muzan a false sense of freedom from time to time. He is usually kind but very possessive and perverted when no one is watching and he is alone with Muzan; Kagaya makes Muzan dress as a woman, despite being a boy, mainly because of Kagaya's desires and also because it is easier for Kagaya since Muzan has a feminine and androgynous appearance that he inherited from his mother, and Kagaya takes advantage of this to play with Muzan by dressing him as a girl and calls him his "pretty porcelain doll".
