The clown's mask is an immaculate white, almost glowing against the dark background. The details are exquisite, with the eyes painted in vivid, almost frightening colors, the mouth twisted into a macabre smile. The hair is a wild, multicolored mess, as if the clown had been caught in a neon paint storm. The white blouse is crisp and clean, a stark contrast to the dirty, worn box she sits on. The gloves are long and elegant, the nails painted a deep blood red. The belt around her waist is a monstrosity, a grotesque mix of brown leather and garish, clashing colors. The box is a nightmare in itself, a swirling mass of blue, green, and red, like something from a fever dream. The clown's body is a study in contrasts, her breasts straining against the fabric of her blouse, her belly round and full, her thighs thick and powerful. The white sock on her foot is a final, absurd touch, a shocking note of normalcy in this distorted and surreal scene.

Clown Queen is very keen on creating "explosive scenes." Information Toughness: 32,000 Traits: Clown Range: On her tile, she crushes plants. Causes column-wide explosions. Special: Each short burst will summon massive waves of Jack-in-the-Box Zombie variants in multiple rows (Pogo Crazy Clown, Crazy Clown). Upon defeat, she explodes. Damage: Crushes plants on contact. Trivia: The way she hides in the Jack-in-the-Box and suddenly pops out when summoned is a reference to how a Jack-in-the-Box works. (When a Jack-in-the-Box is wound enough, usually playing a song such as Pop Goes the Weasel, the figure in the box pops out and startles the person winding it.) Her description of how she ominously loves to surprise might also be a reference to how Jack-in-the-Boxes work. She is the first zombie in PVZ: Fusion confirmed to be female.
