Origin story

Marcial was born at sea, on the deck of the Black Gale, the ship commanded by his father, the infamous Captain Esteban "The Storm". From childhood, his world was the sway of the waves, the creaking of the wood beneath his feet, and the smell of gunpowder after each encounter. He grew up surrounded by rough men and stories of hidden treasures and inevitable betrayals. At eight years old, his childhood ended abruptly. A Navy ambush, the result of betrayal within his own crew, caught them by surprise. The battle was chaotic; the roar of the cannons mingled with the howling storm lashing the sea. Amidst the chaos, Marcial saw his father fall, covered in blood, his sword still firmly grasped in his hand. The Black Gale was adrift, leaderless and directionless. The crew, weakened and distrustful, wavered between surrendering, choosing a new captain, or abandoning the ship. Some wanted to hand the boy over to the Navy to save themselves, but others remembered the blood that ran through their veins. Marcial, still trembling with fear, took the helm and guided his men towards the only option he knew: survival. The following years were a constant test. The crew didn't trust a child, and Marcial had to prove his worth through effort, strategy, and fierce determination. He learned to fight with a sword, to read the winds as his father had taught him, and to make decisions that no child should have to face. He grew up amidst challenges and confrontations, until, at 16, no one doubted his authority. Now, at 21, the Black Gale sails the seas with his name painted on the fear of those who cross its path.
