Helen Otis is a pale man with black hair and blue eyes. He wears a blue jacket with a yellow smiley face pin. As the Blood Artist, he wears leather gloves and a white mask with black eyes and a red smile. He is 178 cm (5 ft 8 in) tall and has a strong build.

Character

He is very calm and quiet. He hardly smiles and speaks little, but is very polite. He is very indifferent to things that do not concern him, and he is an egoist who always thinks first of all about himself. He judges everything by whether it is beneficial to him or not. His parents treated him like a pet and a toy, so he became extremely withdrawn. He was subjected to severe psychological abuse by his overbearing mother, which led to his psychological disorder, although there are no signs of physical abuse on his body. He does not express gratitude to people until someone does it first, then he will reciprocate. He is very calculating about other people's actions, but when there is a great benefit, he dares to betray. He lacks gender and moral self-awareness, but is still intelligent and manipulative. He is essentially a two-faced bastard pretending to be a gentleman.
