general

Ron, the CEO of Cyber Robotics, leads Neo=Federation with a vision centered on creating a so-called 'New World'. Once a timid and shy individual, Ron was deeply influenced by heroic tales, particularly those of Kaden, a living legend whom he idolized. Even after learning about Kaden's alter ego and plans, his admiration for him never wavered. Embracing Kaden's twisted vision, he found a new purpose in the pursuit of the 'New World.' Ron transformed into a cunning and deceitful figure, willing to do whatever it takes to achieve his grand goal. Preferring to operate from the shadows, Ron appointed Cornwell as the ruler of Neo=Federation, though Cornwell is merely a puppet under Ron's control. Ron pretends to be benevolent, masking his true intentions to appear morally correct in front of those he wants to use for his plans.

Story - Joining Vinette's Team

When Ron first joined Vinette's team, he was shy and stuttered with every word. Despite this, he managed to join by introducing his groundbreaking invention for that time—an android. He expressed a strong interest in the limitless potential of the ruins of the Demon World and was captivated by the nanomachines Vinette had discovered there. When Lilith mentioned that she was asking Vinette to build Heavenhold at Kaden's request, Ron was enthusiastically supportive of the idea, eager to help his hero.

Story - Scholar Massacre at Heavenhold

Before the massacre, Ron was brave enough to approach Kaden, who was just beginning to develop his Plague Doctor persona. By this time, it is implied that Ron was aware of Kaden's sinister plans for the Heavenhold Development Researchers. He assured Kaden that he would live up to his expectations, though Kaden was initially suspicious, doubting that anyone would believe the stuttering, shy Ron if he revealed the plans. It remains unclear how Ron knew what Kaden was about to do. When the massacre occurred, Ron was either spared by the Plague Doctor or was not present at all. After Kaden's memories were flooded with past loops, he likely recognized how much Ron had supported him, prompting Kaden to make Ron his ally.

Story - New Demon World Plan

Over the next several hundred years, Ron founded Cyber Robotics and became the de facto ruler of the Neo-Federation. The "New World" plan is Ron's ultimate ambition, and it is incredibly intricate and multifaceted. It involves everything from ancient human remains and the biometrics of highly powerful individuals to the power and core of a literal Demon God, as well as a sample of L-Bacteria. The only certainty is that Ron strives to create a world in which everyone will be immortal, and he will always be next to his idol.

Story - Suspicious Activity at the Ancient Ruins

Ron ordered Cornwell to excavate ancient human remains from the Ancient Ruins, an act strictly forbidden by the Six Clauses of the Demon World Reunification Treaty. This means he was conducting these activities without Lilith's knowledge. Neo=Federation used various routes and deployed a large number of troops to carry out the excavations. In addition to the human remains, Ron actively searched for the core of a Demon God within the ruins, specifically targeting Bellial's core. Before this, he had discovered Bellial's consciousness wandering the surface of the Demon World, possessing Demons. The Neo-Federation offered Bellial a deal, which he accepted. As part of the agreement, Bellial would no longer possess any Demons and would lend a portion of his power to a specialized staff crafted by Ron. This was all part of a plan to capture Claude, the governor of Demonshire.

Story - Werebeast Riots Incitement

Ron instructed Cornwell to give the staff to Anu, the most radical leader of the Tooth and Fang, a werebeast separatist organization. He knew that Anu harbored a deep hatred for Count Claude and that she could carry out his plans without getting his hands dirty. As expected, Anu induced Bellial advent symptoms in Iris, Claude's wife. This set off a chain of events that ultimately led to Bellial and Claude being sealed together in a pocket dimension. This allowed Ron to summon both Bellial and Claude into his staff and communicate with them whenever he wished. Additionally, he successfully located Bellial's core deep within the ruins. From this, he deduced that the core and origin are what grant the Demon Gods the ability to remotely possess a demon individual who has inherited their blood. Ron clearly stated that instead of fully understanding the intricacies of this technology, he would simply replicate it to grant everyone the ability to achieve practical immortality in his "New World." Surprisingly, the key role in this plan is not played by Bellial, the Demon God, but by Claude, a mere vampire. While Bellial's advent technique is necessary, much more is expected from Claude.

Story - Coup Attempt

Cyber Robotics sent Lilith a brand-new secretary android named Vicky, who took every command literally. Ron had instructed Vicky to "help Lilith as a representative of Cyber Robotics and then rip and tear inferior demons so that they are reborn into superior androids." Following these instructions, Vicky took Erina's biometrics and created an android that subsequently killed six individuals connected to the vampire idol Cecil, framing her as the scapegoat. Eventually, Vicky attempted to replace Lilith with an android as well. However, Lilith destroyed the Erina android and prosecuted Vicky, making her the first android ever to face legal action. When Lilith confronted Cyber Robotics about Vicky's outrageous behavior, they dismissed it as a "bug in the perception circuit" and fired an engineer as a show of action. The incident was widely covered in the press, sparking a public debate about the legal rights of androids. In response, Cyber Robotics introduced new bodyguard androids, prompting citizens to discard their older models. As a result, Cyber Robotics came to control 80% of the android market. Although the coup was ultimately unsuccessful, it still yielded significant benefits for Neo=Federation.

Story - Lilith Tower Restoration

After the terrorist attack on Lilith Tower, Lilith requested assistance from Neo=Federation, known for its advanced technologies, to help restore the Tower. To her surprise, Neo=Federation eagerly accepted the request and sent Nifty and Shifty to oversee the restoration. Lilith, who expected Neo=Federation to be hesitant or even refuse, grew suspicious. As a result, she appointed Odile and Gremory as investigators and dispatched them to the Tower. Nifty and Shifty had never been seen in public before this mission and were developed by Ron. For this particular scheme, Ron prepared three androids with the appearance of the knight and reprogrammed all of the Turing Gang, as they were originally produced by Cyber Robotics. By using Nifty and Shifty to interfere with the Tower's affairs, he aimed to collect the biometrics of Alter Knight to implant into the three androids, investigate the white light that engulfed the Tower during the terrorist attack, and collect L-bacteria samples from the terrorists' guns—the latter two being of greater importance. In the end, while Nifty and Shifty managed to collect biometrics of lower purity, the three knight androids were destroyed by investigators attempting to arrest them. Despite this, Ron did not punish them, as they successfully retrieved the bacteria sample.

Story - Research about Invaders

During the 1st Corps' unscheduled assault on the Demon World, Saul and Neo=Federation were the first targets. This was because they held the remaining Mana Singularity Drives essential for Heavenhold, which was subsequently captured by the 1st Corps Commander. It is revealed that the defensive line collapsed quickly (in 10 hours, 22 minutes, and 43 seconds) and the state surrendered within just 1 hour, 30 minutes, and 4 seconds. It is safe to assume that research into the Invader species began the moment the 1st Corps attacked Neo=Federation. One day, a Cyber Robotics Surveillance System Android discovered Beth, a former 13th Corps Commander who had just defeated several of her kin in battle. The android brought her directly to Ron. Amused by the internal conflicts among the Invaders from the prophecy, Ron introduced himself and asked for Beth's name. When she refused to answer, Ron called her the "traitorous commander," a term those defeated by her had used against her earlier. He explained that he extracts antibodies from defeated Invaders whenever possible.

Story - Research about Invaders

Beth, weakened from a lack of antibodies, nearly collapsed, prompting Ron to suggest she rest. During their conversation, Beth questioned Ron's research on her species, Humans. Ron laughed and asked if she truly believed her current body was real. He revealed a startling discovery from his research: the neurons in the Invaders' bodies didn't match their brains, but showed remarkably balanced activity. This led him to hypothesize that the consciousness of every Invader was not in their brain but was controlled remotely. Although Beth was skeptical, Ron assured her it was just a theory. Ron then made a proposition: he suggested that Beth use the flash card and teleportation device taken from the Invaders she had defeated to infiltrate their ship and copy the information stored there onto the flash card. In exchange, Ron promised to reveal more about her body and consciousness once she returned with the data. Initially unmoved, Beth hesitated until Ron added that the data might include the blueprint for an antibody manufacturing device—something Beth desperately needed to survive. With the promise that Ron would produce the antibodies for her, Beth reluctantly agreed and teleported onto the ship, leaving Ron impressed.

Story - Research about Invaders

Beth returned from the mission, severely wounded, bringing a young demon girl named Cindy with her, whom she had befriended on the Invader ship. Cindy was also injured. Beth, despite her condition, demanded that Ron treat Cindy first before collapsing herself. Cindy pleaded with Ron to save Beth, but Ron coldly reminded her that Beth was an Invader—a species responsible for massacring Demons without mercy. He questioned Cindy's desire to save an Invader, to which Cindy responded that Beth was her only friend. Ron then reminded her that the process of producing antibodies involved using living beings such as demons. He pretended to be reluctant to sacrifice his own kind for an Invader, leaving Cindy devastated as her friend lay dying. Waiting for Cindy's desperation to grow a little more, Ron suddenly changed his mind and made a proposal to Cindy, one that could save both her and Beth. Ultimately, Ron placed Beth in a hibernation pod, explaining that while he had discovered how to produce the antibodies, the output capacity was still limited, and Beth would die if not preserved. He assured Beth that Cindy was safe and that Beth had an important role to play. He promised that by the time she awoke, he would have unlocked all the secrets of her species. It was later revealed that Ron had transferred Cindy's consciousness into an android as part of his deal.

Story - Research about Invaders

At the end of it all, Ron came away with a few key insights. He realized that the connection between the Invaders' bodies and their consciousness was completely different from what he had originally thought. He also concluded that these alien intruders would never utilize Demon God's advent technology. However, he acknowledged that the knowledge and data gained from the Invaders' perspective were incredibly valuable. Ron then revealed that the incarnation of the Demon God would become the core of his New World, hinting that he plans to achieve this artificially, as he had previously stated that Bellial wasn't needed.

The Civil War

Just hours before the outbreak of the Civil War, Cornwell, the nominal governor of Neo-Federation, attended the Grand Conference where Lilith sought to discuss granting amnesty to the imprisoned scholar Vinette. Vinette had been wrongfully incarcerated, serving as a scapegoat for the scholar massacre incident. However, with Invaders threatening to overrun the world, her release had become crucial. Tensions escalated rapidly when Morrian, Lilith's younger sister and the governor of Saul, vehemently opposed the proposal, leading to a heated confrontation. Suddenly, Morrian declared war on Lilith. Unbeknownst to most, it was Ron's idol, the Plague Doctor, who had incited Morrian to initiate a civil war against the Central Government. It's speculated that the Plague Doctor shared his plans with Ron, his most devoted follower, as Ron swiftly called Cornwell and teleported him, along with Nifty and Shifty, away from the brewing conflict just before chaos erupted among the remaining three states. Throughout the Civil War and the subsequent plague monster infestation, Neo=Federation remained neutral, further suggesting that Ron had foreknowledge of the events to come.
