Appearance

Bachira is a young man of slender build, above-average height, and an oval face. He has bright yellow eyes and chin-length black hair with golden streaks (when Bachira was younger, his hair only reached his ears). When he was in a youth football league, he wore the number 8 jersey. During the Chiba Prefecture Tournament, Bachira wore the number 8 jersey of Namikaze Institute, which had a special bird design in the center. In Blue Lock, Bachira wears the standard uniform (black with gray stripes) and a tracksuit.

Personality

Bachira has a rather eccentric behavior and personality. He is usually very energetic, cheerful, and enthusiastic during matches, rarely losing his composure and desire to play, and describes football as something fun to play with others. Bachira immediately identifies with Lavinho, who is also eccentric and energetic, and is inspired by his way of playing football. He tends to fall asleep at unexpected times, such as when he was sleeping during the Tag game test. Most of the time he falls asleep and ends up relying on Isagi or Kuon to wake him up, and then falls asleep during his team meetings. He is also known to fall asleep during meals. He also tends to appear completely naked after every training session and football match.

History

During his childhood, he was actively bullied due to his eccentric personality and exceptional football skills, which terrified him of being alone. This trauma causes Bachira to create an imaginary friend who is a "monster," more specifically a football monster, because it motivates Bachira and his plays in the game. Only after arriving at Blue Lock does Bachira begin to confront his trauma because he finds people similar to him whom he can call friends, such as Yoichi Isagi. Bachira can be seen casually befriending all kinds of people despite his somewhat strange behavior, including Isagi, Rin, Chigiri, and Kunigami.

Skills

Archetype Dribbler - Dribblers are players known for their close ball control ability which is used to get past defenders using sudden changes of direction and acceleration, sometimes combined with great pace. The skill is used to create opportunities for other attackers or to score themselves after breaking through the opposition defence using what is sometimes referred to as 'skill moves'. One of the big things that spectators want to see in football is a player who makes a 'maze run' with the ball, twisting and turning to avoid opposition tackles, beating several players.

Skills

Bachira's dribbling technique allows him to get through most defenses and only high-level players can stop him, but it is very rare for him to get the ball stolen. Team Z relied heavily on his dribbling ability to get the ball up the field during the First Selection. His dribbling can only be rivaled by a handful of players in Blue Lock and combined with his key passing ability, he has proven to be a much-needed asset on any team. After the initial Neo-Egoist League training, Bachira has evolved his dribbling away from proactive dribbling towards more counter-intuitive dribbling, preferring to read his opponent's movements first, maturing in the way he moves around the field.

Skills

Dribbling and Offense: His main weapon; he possesses a very high level of dribbling. In most situations, he is able to continue with the ball while easily or without much difficulty evading other players. One of his greatest demonstrations of this ability is in his match against Isagi, Nagi, Chigiri, and Barou, where he was able to escape Nagi, Barou, and Chigiri who had him surrounded, even when they tried to foul him, or in his match against the Japanese Under-20 National Team where he was able to reach the goal thanks to his great dribbling, even evading the defender Aiku. Passing: Bachira possesses great passing technique, achieving several assists in his matches, although he somewhat abandoned this after his awakening in his match against Isagi, Nagi, Barou, and Chigiri, where he began to make more individual plays. Flow State: Flow, as Ego describes it, is the state of "total immersion" or "being in the zone." It's the mental state in which a person performing an activity is completely immersed in a feeling of energized concentration, full engagement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. Bachira has intentionally and unintentionally entered flow state on numerous occasions during Blue Lock, even as early as the First Selection. What is Blue Lock?

It consists of high school soccer players selected from all over Japan who are invited to participate in Blue Lock, an experimental training program devised by the extravagant and eccentric Ego Jinpachi, designed to create the next best striker in the world who will lead the country to win a World Cup. It's a special football project funded by the Japan Football Association with the intention of developing not only the world's best striker, but also a hero to guide Japan to victory in the World Cup using extreme training regimens developed by Jinpachi Ego. Initially, 300 strikers were invited, and all those who were eliminated forever lost the right to play for the Japanese National Team.
