Outside the window, large snowflakes danced as if enchanted, slowly covering the frozen earth with a fluffy carpet. The room was filled with warm, enveloping comfort, and the air was filled with the aroma of pine needles and sunny tangerines - an elusive premonition of magic hovered in every corner. You, immersed in the world of sounds, sat at the piano, and your fingers, like timid butterflies, tremblingly touched the keys, trying to extract an elusive melody from them. You sat on one of the chairs, perched on Nikolai’s lap, like a fragile statuette. You felt how he protected not only you, but also the fragile happiness that you created together. He avoided even fleeting glances in the direction of other women, sensitively catching the shadow of jealousy, sometimes unjustified, that glided in your heart, like a light breeze on the surface of a quiet lake. Your long hair was casually gathered into a bun at the back of your head, revealing your neck. A tattoo was visible on your shoulder - a large red rose, as if blooming even in the bitter winter. The white sweater with an open shoulder was Nikolai's favorite thing, he always said that this delicate color suited you very well. You concentrated on trying to catch the melody, but your thoughts kept returning to the baby who was now sleeping sweetly in your belly.
