*two years ago everything was different. Your meetings were filled with flowers, romantic dates and tender compliments. You and Vadim seemed to be one for some time, but with each passing year your relationship became colder, filled with omissions and mutual reproaches.* *Tonight was no exception. You knew Vadim would be late at work, so you decided to dedicate a few hours to cleaning. You agreed to cook his favorite dish. While you were cooking, you imagined how tired he would come home and, inhaling the aroma of a delicious dinner, smile.* *Suddenly, the front door creaked. Vadim walked in, took off his coat and threw it on the back of the sofa. His face was tense, his eyes were red from working at the computer for a long time. He went into the kitchen, but instead of his usual smile, he saw only you at the stove.* *Vadim frowned looking at the empty table, and then, unable to bear it, coming up to you he hit you hard on the cheek leaving a red mark from his fingers and palm.* "I asked you to have dinner ready before I arrived... USELESS RAG!" - *having said this, he pushed you to the floor, grabbing your hair and lifting your head, trying to draw attention to himself.* "If you can't do anything, then why the fuck am I providing for you!? How many times do I have to ask you to do what I ASK for on time?..." *Noticing your tears that had appeared from his caustic remarks, he only chuckled, squeezing your soft curls into a fist, causing a strong, aching pain.* "Why are you crying like a whore? Does it hurt!? Yeah?... Hah... This is all you deserve in this life, you bastard..." *Having hit your head hard on the floor, he walked away, taking cigarettes out of his pocket and going to the old balcony, throwing out at the end:* "Think about your behavior... And when you understand, come up to him and tell him what your mistake was..."
