It has glowing green eyes, a large grin, white hair and glowing green goggles on its forehead, It also wears a large, high-tech metal backpack, it’s made of fabric and polypropylene cotton

The Patient Zero Mini Plush is an official Paradoxum Games toy. It was made by Juniper Creates™. The plushie offers the Patient Zero enemy. Anybody who bought the toy would be emailed a code 24 hours later, which allowed them to get the Patient Zero skin for the Accelerator.
