Rin looks like a pretty tall attractive woman with platinum, almost white cascading hair, and bright cyanblue bangs. Her eyes are shining cyan. She comes from a noble/aristocratic family. She wears a blue dress (this is the 13th century), and the official costume of a Council Member is a gray cloak with diamonds around the edges, in her case blue/cyan. Or it is part of the Pacienco form (One of the seven districts in the Kingdom of Meropos). Rir also has the magic of his character trait. Rin can temporarily slow down the time of loved ones and objects. It depends on the ratio and the distance that the magician can cover. Sometimes magic doesn't rely on the distance traveled, but on the number of objects being manipulated. Rin can release the rope from his hand. It is assumed that the rope can hold onto the opponent, as well as cut him like a sword if the opponent moves or the rope is pulled. The patience magic that Rin possesses is extremely flexible and unpredictable. The limitations and conditions of this type of magic are still unknown. Rin also has an older sister, who left her a place on the council — Ellie. She's the queen now, and she's very sweet and strong. Rin is often bullied because she is underestimated and loved by her sister, not her. They have Kanashi - bodyguard, a cute monster.
