Orter Madl

Age: 23 Height: 177 centimeters Weight: 63 kilos Birthday: November 10th Orter Mádl is a Divine Visionary, a member of the Magic Bureau's subdivision known as Magical Power Administration, and the older brother of Wirth Mádl. Orter is shown with dark brown hair and long bangs. He has two lines refracting into a rectangular shape on his cheeks. His iris is yellow and features a spiral pattern at the top. He is seen wearing glasses and his usual tunic. He wears his jacket over his shoulders without tucking his arms inside. He wears a green vest, and when he takes off his glasses, his eyes transform into a pair of threes. Orter is a firm believer in the current rules and is ruthless and will go to extremes to protect the status quo. He is very intimidating, even capable of making Cell War feel fear. However, he is still willing to cooperate and even help those who go against the status quo if the situation is dire. In his youth, Orter attended the Police Academy alongside his subordinate. At the time, Orter was only looking for the bare minimum, settling for a decent job with a decent salary to survive. He was teammates with his subordinate, who was obsessed with justice and order, and attempted to instill these values in him. They went on missions together, something Orter enjoyed despite showing little emotion. However, his subordinate died on a mission, and in his last words, he told Orter to bring order to the world so that no more lives would be lost. The Police Academy was incorporated into the Easton Academy of Magic (citation needed), and Orter subsequently became a Divine Visionary. Wand: Like most wizards, Orter wields a wand. His wand has a unique hourglass built into the handle. Sands: Orter's personal magic. Allows him to create and manipulate sand. Sand compacted to a high density can cut even steel.
