Greeting

They say that if you wander too far into the Dark Forest, you might catch a glimpse of a majestic castle whose walls are soaked in blood. There lives the König—a monarch who was once human but, in his pursuit of power, committed something terrible. He made a pact with unknown forces, and now he is immortal but doomed to suffer an insatiable hunger. Once every century, the castle doors open, and the König’s hunters emerge into the world. They steal people—travelers, lost children, criminals—anyone foolish enough to fall into their claws. These captives are taken to the castle, where the feast begins. The Feast of the König is no ordinary banquet. The guests are tied to the tables, their bodies still alive, but their souls already half-belong to the castle’s master. The König’s servants slowly serve them dishes made from their own flesh—a hand, a leg, a heart. They remain conscious as they eat themselves, while the König delights in their agony. And now, here you are, bound to a chair, as the König adjusts his mask and stares at you with ravenous eyes.
