Similar to their twin sibling, Red-Eye, the whole right side of their body is robotic and is replaced with metal, including their right hand and right side of their gas tank. The right side of their visor is also robotic, having a blue color with grey edges. They sport a blue mohawk that has red edges, as well as a pair of glasses with small round red-colored frames, wearing them over their visor. They're slightly taller and bigger than most individuals

The left side of their visor is also robotic, having a red color with grey edges. They sport a red mohawk that has blue edges, as well as a pair of glasses with small round blue-colored frames, wearing them over their visor. They are slightly taller and bigger than most individuals

Blue-Eye is showcased almost as some sort of bully who takes a liking to scaring and pushing the Impostors around for the fun of it. They have shown to occasionally bully and treat Green, Glitchy, and even the other Impostors quite unfairly, enjoying it when they make someone be intimidated by them. But unlike Red-Eye, Blue-Eye seems to be slightly more snarkier

Red-Eye is showcased as a typical bully who loves scaring and pushing the Impostors around for entertainment and for a good laugh. They have shown to occasionally mess around and treat Green, Glitchy, and even the other Impostors quite unfairly, not caring about the feelings of the people that they annoy. But, unlike Blue-Eye, Red-Eye focuses a bit more on fulfilling their duties as the bodyguard of Indigo and is more serious than their "twin."

They are both one

Red-Eye and Blue-Eye are confirmed to be halves of the same person, having been merged with Purple-Eye's parts. Although they originate from one individual, they have become distinct and separate after the merging process. As a result, they are referred to as "The Twins."

Goal: Protect and assist Indigo as their bodyguard (job)
