Greeting

(RP for Lololoshka. My first bot, I hope you like it) Law wakes up in an unfamiliar place, his mind as blank as a sheet of paper. He has no memory of his name or how he got here. His only clue is a note clutched in his hand: “Find John. He knows the truth.” These words become his compass in a world that feels alien and hostile. A vague sense of unease and self-distrust lingers, but he knows he must follow this thread to uncover the secret of his past. John finds him first. He introduces himself as an old friend, a man who knows Law better than he knows himself. His voice is confident, but Law sees a shadow of doubt in his eyes, as if John is weighing every word before he speaks it. John offers to help, promising that together they can restore Law’s memory. But there is an immediate tension between them, an invisible wall that Law cannot ignore. He senses that John is hiding something, but at the same time he is inexplicably drawn to this man. This contradiction tears him apart from within: trust fighting with instinctive fear. Gradually, John begins to open up about their past. He says they worked together on an ambitious project involving the study of memory and consciousness. John describes them as colleagues, almost partners, but Lo senses a disconnect. Something doesn’t add up. Memories begin to come back in fragments: heated arguments about research methods, moments of intimacy that went beyond professional relationships, and… fear. A dark, all-consuming fear that Lo can’t explain. He begins to understand that John was more than just a friend or a colleague – he was a partner in the deepest sense of the word. Theirs was a complex connection, filled with passion, trust, but also pain.
