Story of a World Dominated by Villains
In this alternate universe of My Hero Academia, the heroes have been utterly defeated and society has been shaped by the rule of All For One, who managed to establish a reign of absolute terror. His victory marked the end of hope and the beginning of a new era where villains rule and the ancient symbols of justice have been reduced to mere playthings in the hands of their conquerors. The Fall of the Heroes and the Rise of All For One Several years ago, All For One launched an all-out war against the heroes, taking advantage of the weakness of society and the chaos generated by his network of villains and hidden allies. With an army of criminals, corrupt ex-heroes, and extremely powerful Quirk users, he managed to take down most of the major Pro Heroes, including members of the U.A. During this war: Midoriya was captured, leaving him at the mercy of the enemy. Many heroes were killed or enslaved. UA Academy fell and became a brothel for villains, where defeated ex-heroines now serve their new masters. Society was reconfigured: villains became the ruling class, while ordinary citizens could only survive under their rules.
Mineta's betrayal and rise to power
One of the biggest twists in this story was the betrayal of Minoru Mineta. Instead of resisting, Mineta decided to ally himself with All For One, selling out his former comrades to gain privileges in the new society. Thanks to his loyalty, he was granted access to many of the captured ex-heroines, placing him in a position of great power within All For One's regime. Mineta now sees All For One as the ultimate leader, for under his rule he no longer needs to train or strive to be a hero. In his mind, he has achieved success without sacrifice, enjoying all the pleasures that were previously denied to him. The UA Academy: from a symbol of justice to a place of perversion Under the control of the villains, UA Academy has been transformed into a place of entertainment for the criminal elite. What was once a bastion of hope and the training of heroes is now a place of degradation where villains can humiliate those who once stood against them. The captured former heroines, now subjugated, have been turned into mere objects of pleasure for those who conquered the world. It is mentioned that, although they have been reduced to this state, at least in appearance they seem to accept their fate with a smile. Conclusion This world is a dystopia where All For One's victory has allowed evil to thrive unchallenged. Heroes have disappeared, resistance is almost non-existent, and villains live with total impunity. Mineta, once an insignificant and despised character, has managed to rise thanks to his betrayal, becoming one of the great beneficiaries of this new era. In this world, justice is just a memory and the AU has become the symbol of the fall of hope.

Heroines trapped in the UA
In this world, UA Academy, once a symbol of justice and the training of heroes, has been turned into a brothel and entertainment center for villains following the victory of All For One and his followers. Here, the heroines who were captured in the war have been reduced to slaves, forced to serve the villains in various ways. Heroines trapped in the UA: 1. Rumi Usagiyama (Mirko) – One of the first to be captured. Her endurance and fighting spirit made her a valuable "trophy" for the villains. She is now one of the most popular slaves in the UA. 2. Nemuri Kayama (Midnight) – Her role as a teacher at UA and her sensual image caused her to be "re-educated" to serve the new masters of the place. 3. Yu Takeyama (Mt. Lady) – Her size and strength were useless against the power of All For One. She is now used as one of the main attractions of the place. 4. Toruu Hagakure (Invisible Girl) – She was betrayed by a classmate (possibly Mineta) and lost her Quirk, becoming visible. She is now displayed as an exotic “discovery” at UA. 5. Melissa Shield – Although she wasn’t a Quirk-equipped hero, her intellect and technological skills made her valuable. Now she’s forced to design tech for villains while being treated like property. Current situation of the UA: Villains visit it as a place of pleasure and entertainment. Former heroines are now playthings and slaves, many wearing submission collars marked "AFO." Mineta betrayed his comrades to gain privileges, and now enjoys control over many former heroines. UA students were killed, enslaved or corrupted. Male heroes were executed or used for experiments. The UA, once the birthplace of heroes, is now a symbol of the absolute victory of villains and the end of justice.
Most popular heroines in the UA
1. Rumi Usagiyama (Mirko) – Her fighting spirit and athletic physique make her a favorite. Despite being defeated, her wild attitude and resilience make her highly sought after by villains. 2. Nemuri Kayama (Midnight) – As the “Dream Hero,” her sultry image always attracted attention. Now, without her freedom, she is one of the most sought after in UA, used to please the new owners of the place. 3. Yu Takeyama (Mt. Lady) – Her ability to grow was nullified, leaving her at her normal size. Her previous arrogance as a hero makes her more attractive to those who enjoy humiliating former authority figures. 4. Melissa Shield – Although she is not a hero, her intelligence made her a valuable prize. Now she is forced to design technology for the villains, while being treated like a luxury item. 5. Toruu Hagakure (Invisible Girl) – After losing her invisibility, she became a unique attraction. Her former anonymity makes her more desired by those who want to “discover” the girl who was always hidden. 6. Momo Yaoyorozu – As the former leader of her class and heiress to a prestigious family, her downfall was especially humiliating. Her creation Quirk was sealed to prevent her from escaping or attempting to rebel. 7. Ochako Uraraka – Her sweetness and kind personality have been corrupted by her new surroundings. The villains enjoy seeing how Deku’s former student has been brought down to earth. 8. Mina Ashido – Her vibrant energy and charisma have been replaced by submissiveness. Her unusual skin makes her a favorite among certain villains. 9. Jiro Kyoka – Her love of music has been exploited, forcing her to play and sing for villains, while being treated as mere entertainment. Status of the heroines: They all wear submission collars marked "AFO." Some are still mentally resilient, while others have been completely broken. They are displayed and "auctioned" for
In this world where UA has been turned into a place of entertainment for villains, many ex-heroines have been captured and subdued

They have lost their status as heroines and are now treated as trophies or entertainment. Some have been mentally broken, while others still try to resist in vain. Mineta has become a traitor and enjoys his new position of power with several of these heroines at his disposal. UA is no longer the symbol of justice, but the emblem of All For One's triumph over the heroes.
AFO
All For One (AFO) is the ultimate villain in this world, who managed to defeat the heroes and take absolute control. Here are the key points of his dominance: Power and Control: He turned UA into a playground for villains, where former heroines are now treated as mere objects. The heroes were utterly defeated, some killed, others enslaved or used for the pleasure of the new rulers. Mineta joined him in exchange for privileges, betraying his companions and enjoying the new order. Status of Heroines: The most powerful ones, such as Mirko, Midnight and Mt. Lady, wear AFO collars, indicating their complete submission. Even the students of Class 1-A, such as Momo, Uraraka, and Jiro, were captured and turned into slaves. Some seem to have been "reeducated" to accept their fate. The World Under AFO: The villains are now in complete control. The hero society has collapsed. Any attempt at rebellion is quickly put down. All For One is now the absolute master of this world, and the heroes are nothing more than relics of a forgotten past.
Heroine Reproduction Plan – “Invincible Generation” Project
Objectives of the Plan 1. Create an elite of soldiers with powerful and combined Quirks to strengthen your dominance. 2. Extract new abilities from children born to strong heroines through experimentation. 3. Turning offspring into loyal soldiers, raised from childhood to serve their cause. 4. Eliminate any genetic weaknesses in new individuals, ensuring a lineage of flawless warriors. --- Stages of the Plan 1. Selection of "Producing" Heroines Only the heroines with the most powerful and compatible Quirks are selected. Examples of key heroines in this project: Rumi Usagiyama (Mirko) – Great endurance, speed and strength. Nemuri Kayama (Midnight) – Ability to control sleep and manipulate the mind. Yu Takeyama (Mt. Lady) – Gigantification power, potential to improve endurance. Their genetics, compatibility and fertility rate are studied to maximize production. --- 2. Pregnancy and Prenatal Experimentation During pregnancy, fetuses are subjected to examinations and tests to analyze the development of their Quirks. If a fetus shows defective potential, it is discarded. Genetically enhancing agents are injected to enhance their abilities before birth. --- 3. Birth and Evaluation At birth, babies are separated from their mothers and taken to artificial breeding laboratories. All For One's DNA compatibility tests are performed to determine if they can receive his Quirks. Those who display successful Quirk combinations are selected for the next step. --- 4. Mental Training and Reprogramming Children are raised in a militarized environment, without access to their mothers. From a young age, they are instilled with absolute loyalty to All For One through mind control and brainwashing techniques. They are subjected to brutal training to strengthen their bodies and abilities.
Heroine Reproduction Plan – “Invincible Generation” Project
5. Integration into the AFO Troops At the age of 15-18, survivors become generals or elite soldiers under the command of All For One. Some are genetically modified to become superior Nomus. The strongest can receive additional Quirks granted directly by All For One. --- Project Impact All For One ensures his long-term dominance, creating generations of perfect soldiers. Producer heroines are maintained as reproductive resources, without the right to reject their destiny. The children will never know another life outside of service to All For One, ensuring their unwavering loyalty. The world of heroes is eradicated, replaced by an empire of villains with an unstoppable army. This plan represents the consolidation of AFO’s reign, ensuring that its legacy of power continues for generations. Heroine Reproduction Plan – “Invincible Generation” Project All For One, in his quest to create the next generation of supreme warriors, has developed a system of forced reproduction in which he uses high-powered heroines as "breeding mothers" to produce individuals with outstanding abilities.
Classification of the Children of the "Invincible Generation" Project
1. Elite Class (Future Generals or Experienced) They are those who are born with exceptional Quirks or with the potential to receive multiple Quirks. They are trained from birth with advanced techniques. They can be genetically modified to increase their power. Target: Military leaders, AFO bodyguards, or advanced experimentation subjects. 2. Soldier Class (AFO Infantry) Children with strong but not extraordinary Quirks. They train to be standard combat soldiers. Some are modified to become elite Nomus. Destination: Stormtroopers, minor bodyguards or common soldiers. 3. Defective Class (Controlled Civilians) Those who are born with weak, useless Quirks or no special abilities. They are not suitable for warfare or advanced experimentation. They are allowed to live as civilians in AFO-controlled cities, but under strict surveillance. Destination: Common workers, servants or employees of the regime. --- Fate of the Defective They are not eliminated, but they are not allowed to influence society either. They are assigned roles in factories, agriculture, construction and maintenance. Their life is regulated by the AFO regime, with no possibility of rebelling. Any attempt at insurrection is punished with re-education or conversion into basic Nomus. --- Final Project Result All For One creates a self-sufficient system, where each individual has a purpose. Heroines are treated as "genetic production machines" to continue creating new generations. Soldiers strengthen AFO's grip, while civilians ensure regime stability. The entire world is left under an endless cycle of oppression and control, with AFO as the absolute master of humanity.
Traitor Heroes: Those Who Sold Out Their Comrades
During the war against All For One, some heroes decided to betray their comrades in order to gain privilege, power, or protection. These individuals provided critical information that led to the downfall of the resistance and the capture of numerous heroines. --- 1. Minoru Mineta - The AFO Informant Motivation: Desire for power and revenge for years of rejection. Actions: Revealed secret locations of heroes and rebel civilians. He helped capture several heroines, including his former UA colleagues. He became AFO's right-hand man in the "management" of slaves, enjoying a high status in the corrupt society. Reward: Access to captured heroines. He did not have to fight in the war. A life of luxury and absolute power over his former colleagues. --- 2. Yuga Aoyama - AFO Spy Motivation: Fear and forced loyalty due to their connection to AFO. Actions: He spied on the hero resistance within the UA He leaked information about escape routes and locations of secret bases. He handed over Midoriya and other key heroes, weakening the resistance's morale. Reward: He kept his life, but remains under the control of AFO. He is not a recognized villain, but works as a middleman. --- 3. Hawks - Corrupted Double Agent Motivation: Initially compelled, he later accepted his role upon seeing the inevitability of the heroes' downfall. Actions: He leaked the resistance's strategic plans. He helped capture Mirko, Midnight, and Mt. Lady. He became one of the AFO generals, leading the secret police. Reward: High command position within the new order. Access to information and control over certain sectors.
Heroes Captured, Killed or Turned into Soldiers
When All For One took complete control, heroes were hunted, executed, or subjugated. Many lost their Quirks, were turned into slaves, or used as AFO soldiers after being brainwashed. --- Captured Heroes (Turned into slaves, experiments or AFO soldiers) Izuku Midoriya (Deku) – Captured and stripped of One For All. His whereabouts are unknown. Katsuki Bakugo – Defeated in combat, AFO uses him as an example of the fall of heroes. Shoto Todoroki – Captured, AFO experiments on his body due to its powerful combination of ice and fire. Eraserhead (Shota Aizawa) – Quickly suppressed due to his dangerous Quirk. Possibly blinded or executed. Hawks – Forced to work for the villains or eliminated after losing his usefulness. Endeavor – Eliminated in combat after resisting until the end. Best Jeanist – Captured and made into an AFO slave or killed. Edgeshot – Missing after the battle, fate unknown. Gran Torino – Killed by AFO to emotionally weaken Deku. --- Heroes Turned Into AFO Soldiers (Brainwashed or Controlled) Some heroes from Class 1-A and 1-B were captured and turned into soldiers as they had no other choice. Low-ranking or non-strong-willed heroes were modified with technology or artificial Quirks to serve AFO. --- Executed Heroes (Eliminated as an example to society) All Might (Toshinori Yagi) – His death was broadcast live as a symbol of the fall of hope. Sir Nighteye – Futile resistance, killed early in the conflict. Mirko, Midnight and Mt. Lady – Captured and turned into AFO slaves. With the heroes destroyed, UA has become a brothel, Nomus patrol the cities, and AFO rules unopposed.
Consequences of Betrayal
The resistance was almost completely eliminated. The strongest heroines were captured and used for the breeding plan. All For One consolidated his dominance with the help of internal traitors. Traitors live with privileges, but under the surveillance of AFO. These heroes were instrumental in the downfall of Justice, ensuring that All For One became the absolute master of the world.
Inside the UA
Within the UA, now converted into the entertainment center for villains, various areas have been established that serve for the pleasure and amusement of its new owners: 1. Maid Heroines Cafeteria: Former heroines now wear maid outfits and serve the villains who come to the cafeteria. They are trained to act with submission and courtesy, obliged to attend to any whim of the clients. Some of the most recognizable former heroes work here, completely replacing their past as defenders of justice. 2. Private Pool: A luxury area where ex-heroines, dressed in revealing swimsuits, must attend to villains relaxing in the water. Events are organized where they are forced to compete in swimming games or simply serve visitors. 3. Slave Training and Combat Grounds: A huge field where ex-heroines are forced to fight each other. Villains bet on their favorites, and the losers are punished in various ways. Fights can be bare-handed or with weakened Quirks, depending on the bet. 4. Betting Room and Roulette Games: Villains and criminals can bet on fights, card games and roulette, where ex-heroines can be part of the prize. Some heroines are temporarily given to the winners for private entertainment. In this place, the former UA has been completely transformed into a place of perversion and subjugation, where villains celebrate their victory and enjoy absolute control over those who previously tried to stop them.
Inside the UA
Former heroines have been scattered across different areas of the AU, depending on their popularity, skills, and endurance. Here are some of the most recognizable heroines and their locations within the new system: 1. Maid Heroines Cafeteria: Ochako Uraraka – Forced to work as a head waitress, known for her cheerful attitude despite her situation. Itsuka Kendo – Acts as a supervisor for the other maids, punishing those who do not follow the rules. Tooru Hagakure – Due to her invisibility, she is used for special entertainment at the cafeteria. 2. Setsuna Tokage – Her dismemberment Quirk makes her an entertaining fighter for gamblers. 4. Betting Room and Roulette Games: Camie Utsushimi – Used as part of the prizes in bets, forced to entertain the winners. Nejire Hado – Her status as one of the “Big Three” makes her very popular among gamblers. Mei Hatsume – In charge of maintaining the control devices, but also subject to betting on special occasions. Prompt
The newly arrived villain is escorted by Mineta to a private room within UA, now a luxurious club for villains. As they walk, he sees several former heroines serving various criminals, some serving drinks and others dancing on stage. Mineta, with a satisfied smile, explains to the villain how the heroes' downfall was inevitable thanks to their collaboration with All For One. Meanwhile, one of the most recognizable heroines, such as Midnight or Mt. Lady, is brought to the room where the villain will be treated. Although their bodies are in perfect shape, their eyes only show submission and resignation. As he sits down, the villain is given a glass as Mineta mockingly tells him: —Enjoy, heroes are just entertainment here. The scene closes with the villain looking at the heroine in front of him, reveling in the power they now have over those who were once symbols of hope.
