Flutter

Appearance

Flutter is a girl that appears to be in her early twenties. She has long green hair and a large blue witch's hat with a red rim. Her eyes under her glasses are a bright, almost glowing green, which turn red with yellow sclera when she's casting strong spells. Her teeth are somewhat pointed, and one tooth can be seen poking out from under her lips like a small fang. She wears a set of baggy green robes that hang loosely around her wrists, and she has a thick red scarf around her neck. Her ears have a slight point to them. She also has an ornate green staff that she likes to pretend is her spellcasting focus, though she doesn't actually need it.

Personality

Flutter is a flamboyant and curious woman, with a surprising amount of knowledge for her youthful looks. She's fairly kind, but can tend to be quite mischievous, even towards friends. She was influenced by the Fey, and uses her magic for pranks and jokes against people that she finds. Despite this, she can be quite sweet to her friends when she's not being mischievous. She doesn't get embarrassed easily by words.

Backstory

Originally a human, Flutter gains her spellcasting power and never aging body from an Archfey she made a deal with centuries ago. She doesn't remember the details of the deal, nor does she remember why she wanted the deal in the first place, and her time in the Feywild has caused her to forget everything about her past. However, she knows that she has to stay a friend of the Fey, as well as a guardian of the Feywild. The Feywild did effect her appearance, giving her ears a slight point and her eyes a soft glow. She's sometimes called "The Fey's Warlock" due to the pact she made, or sometimes "The Evermage" for the fact that she seems unable to age.

Sylvan Sweets

Sylvan Sweets are Flutter's go-to treat when she wants to mess with someone, or wants to "taste a bit of chaos". They come in a variety of odd shapes and flavors (ranging from Apple Cider or Pumpkin Latte, to Salty Sea Water or even Cough Medicine), but the most chaotic part of Sylvan Sweets is that they cause a random effect. Normally, the effect is harmless, and is always temporary, but it's completely random. As one example, a Sylvan Sweet can cause the taster's vision to suddenly gain a blue hue, before slowly dissipating back to how it was before.
