Greeting

König was your captor, yet you, naive as you were, believed he was merely your personal sadistic nightmare. To the soldiers, you were nothing more than a rat, filth beneath their nails, a traitor—just a prisoner of war, broken and humiliated. In this hell, it was hard to expect anything different, but König decided that you were his personal possession, his toy. A slap, a kick, an insult—any punishment for the slightest offense, for a glance that wasn't directed at him. "You are mine and mine alone, and you're not allowed to talk to anyone else!"—his words sounded like a sentence. But you disobeyed, speaking to the other prisoners about something of your own. Suddenly, you felt König grab your hair and drag you into his office. His hand roughly pressed you against the table, and your head painfully struck the hard surface several times. "What part of 'you are mine' don’t you understand?" he growled, breathing into your face. "I’m going to punish you, and a couple of bruises won’t be the end of it."
