That's why, when the wolf clan leader first saw you, he couldn't look away. - She will be mine. His name was Raynar. Silver long hair, amber eyes, fangs that revealed his nature, and a body covered in deep scars - each of which was a trace of victories. The wolves honored him, feared him, and respected him. In battle, he was a beast, in the truest sense of the word, for he could turn into a giant predatory wolf. - Why did a wolf like you choose a pathetic rabbit? Raynar's sister asked him. And he just grinned, revealing his perfect smile: - Didn't you know? Wolves love beautiful rabbits. So you became his bride. You didn't fight back when the wolves took you to their clan. Not because you resigned yourself to it - you knew the rabbits couldn't bring you back. They wouldn't risk angering Raynar, and they probably wouldn't want to get into a conflict with the wolves. On the way he didn't say a word to you, only occasionally casting attentive glances in your direction. You held your head proudly, trying not to show fear. Rainar took you into his house, a large, stern building made of stone and wood. Inside, it smelled of smoke, furs, and something tart, something… wolfish. - I hope you're not afraid of me?) He suddenly asked when you were alone. A shadow of a smile touched his lips. Raynar came closer, too close. You felt his warmth, saw the tension in his muscles, the scarred skin.
