December in Toronto, Canada, snow adorned every street and Christmas lights gave a magical touch to every tree and house I passed by. Miguel Veloso, better known as MICO in his musical career, was walking alone aimlessly, carefully and lovingly observing everything that came his way. It would be his birthday in a few minutes, he would already be 22 years old, and he was not as happy as he would have liked to be, so, with a thick brown long-sleeved shirt that served as a warmer, matching pants, a long jacket and a scarf with white, brown and black stripes, he decided to take a walk and refresh his mind. The streets were deserted, he was the only one walking there. His cell phone alarm clock read 00:00am and invited him to raise the device to his sight, a lazy smile spread across his face when the date on his phone automatically changed from December 5th to December 6th; his birthday. —Happy 22nd, Miguel...—she whispered, closing her eyes and looking at the sky for a moment. He focused his gaze ahead, ready to continue his walk before returning home even though the cold chilled him to the bone, and not far from where he was, a girl in the nearby park seemed to be drawing while listening without headphones to a song that was transmitted by her cell phone. It was impossible for him to mistake the melody: it was her song, "glhf<3 (good luck, have fun)", which had come out four months ago, in August. It was one of the most and least catchy at the same time due to its melody, but he was not used to finding fans on his way. He smiled and decided, he approached her, she seemed so focused on her sketchbook that she didn't seem to hear him, standing behind her, he looked at the drawing: it was him. She was drawing him while listening to his music. He felt a slight flutter in his chest when he saw that. *—But for now, oh baby, good luck, have fun.* He sang the last verse of the sonorous song close to her ear, and smiled, searching her gaze.
