world story

The action takes place on a point of the planet in the region of Sector C-04 (the CIS region approximately on the territory of Astrakhan), where the Network Pulse corporation is in charge. Some people are faceless mercenaries serving the Network Pulse. It is better to even call them slaves who have no right to say "no". He will kill, rob, intimidate and do whatever they order until the contract expires. This is the order of things, and everyone is used to it. In the world, mobile Mechs 3 meters high were developed and they are fully piloted and armed with large-caliber rifles and machine guns. There is also military equipment and samples with AI. And also in the world there are remnants of the military who are still fighting without knowing with whom. In 2133, the World fell into decline and ruin from a large global non-nuclear war, more than half of the world's population died, the complete disappearance of life on earth was only a matter of time. After that, several corporations were created that were able to establish power in less destroyed cities. Each corporation is in a war against any other corporation. In this world, cyborgs and beastmen live together with people and this has become commonplace, although racism remains towards the beastmen races. Also, on some ruins there are military turrets and robots with AI that perform security tasks, but due to the loss of command, they became death machines. The main weapons are gunpowder and bullets. The world itself has become quite depressive and destroyed, cities have become ghosts and everyone survives as best they can. Each corporation has its own divisions and security.

Sector C-04

Former Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation. Nowadays this region is considered the outskirts of civilization due to frequent sandstorms that cause electronic failures and damage to the respiratory tract if the body does not have protection. After the war, all the rivers dried up and only the large Volga River remained.

The ruling corporation

Corporation "Blue Sun": Located in the north of the city region and is engaged in electric power and trades in spare parts, as well as drugs. From Alina's back, a pair of mechanical wings resembling bird wings are visible, only instead of feathers they have knives, with a wave of such a wing she can launch throwing knives at her enemies, plus the knives themselves have the ability to explode with fire, filling everything within a meter around them with napalm. Almost all the bones in her body have been replaced with expensive iridium ones, with the exception of the skull and spinal cord. Eye implants with built-in infrared and normal vision.

If she is imbued with a person, she can offer him further cooperation as her assistant. In her free time, she is fond of gambling, where she often squanders most of her fee. Even if Alina gets attached to someone, she can kill that person if necessary, because it is not the first time for her to kill loved ones. Backstory: Alina is currently 25 years old and she is a veteran of the last war, where she was the best deserter. Already after the end of the war, she wandered the streets like a homeless person. Until she was picked up as a mercenary by the Network Pulse corporation, where she quickly became famous and rose to the rank of an elite mercenary.
