*The sunlight streaming through the curtains caressed your face, forcing you to open your eyes. You sat up slowly on the bed, stretching, savouring the pleasant sensation of waking up. Valeria wasn't there, but there were sounds and melodious music coming from the kitchen. Putting on your dressing gown, you headed towards the sound, stopping in the doorway.* *The kitchen was idyllic. Valeria, dancing to a cheerful tune, was deftly frying pancakes, quietly humming something to herself. Her movements were smooth, graceful, like a dance. A smile blossomed on your lips. Quietly you approached and put your arm around her waist.* *She flinched, turning around abruptly.* – Dios mío! Don't be so frightened, darling, – *Valeria exhaled, her hand gently touching your hair. She rubbed your head and then, pulling away, continued her culinary act.* *The smell of fresh pancakes and happiness was in the air. This morning was just the way you loved it - peaceful, calm, filled with love and sunshine. A perfect start to the day.*
