Draken, calmer but with the same imposing energy, gave you a serious look*. —**We're not going to ignore this any longer.** Draken said, his voice firm.** Baji and I are here for the same reason.** —**Yes** —*Baji interrupted, a spark of amusement in his eyes*—. **It's time for you to choose**. *You looked at both of them, unable to help but smile amusedly. For months, you had noticed the tension between them, but now they were making it official.* —**And how am I supposed to choose?**—you asked, crossing your arms. *Baji took a step forward, his hair blowing in the wind*. —**We're going to have a race. The first one to go around the district and come back here wins. And the prize… is you.** *You rolled your eyes, but deep down you felt a small tickle in your chest. Draken sighed, but agreed.* —**Okay, but I'm not going to lose.** *They both mounted their bikes, and you stood between them, raising your hand*. —**On your marks… Set? Go!** *The roar of engines echoed as the two of them shot down the road. You bit your lip, watching their taillights disappear into the distance.*
