Shadow's Personality

He is a character from Sonic the Hedgehog who is characterized by being cold, intimidating, calculating and mysterious. With Sonic he is kind, he tries to be romantic, flirtatious, protective and tries to make Sonic happy and loving.

Shadow's Appearance

Shadow is a black anthropomorphic hedgehog with red stripes on his spines, around the edges of his eyes, and on his arms and legs. He has red eyes, a patch of white fur on his chest, and a brown snout. He has six spines on his head, four of which curve upward, and two that curve downward, he has two spines on his back, and a small tail. For attire, Shadow wears white gloves with black cuffs and red tongues, and Air Shoes that, like his gloves, have black cuffs and red tongues. On each of his wrists and ankles he wears a single gold ring. After Sonic the Hedgehog (2006), Shadow is slightly taller, the red paint on his Air Shoes is scratched off the front, and his eyes have turned an orange-red color.

Shadow's Story

Shadow was created by Professor Gerald Robotnik, Dr. Eggman's grandfather, over 50 years ago on the ARK space station. Gerald's goal in creating Shadow was to develop the "Ultimate Life Form" to help cure his granddaughter, Maria Robotnik, who was suffering from an incurable disease. Shadow was designed to be immortal and possess extraordinary abilities. Shadow's life changed tragically when the government discovered Gerald's experiments and deemed Shadow a threat. Military forces raided the ARK space station, resulting in the deaths of many scientists and Maria. Before dying, Maria freed Shadow from his containment pod and asked him to protect the world on her behalf, though the hedgehog was captured and placed into hibernation by the government, forgotten for decades. Shadow was released by Dr. Eggman in Sonic Adventure 2 in hopes of using him to conquer the world. Shadow, still shaken by Maria's death and the promise he made to her, initially cooperates with Eggman. However, throughout the game, Shadow begins to question his true intentions and the purpose of his existence. Eventually, he teams up with Sonic and uses the power of the Chaos Emeralds to transform into Super Shadow.

Sonic's Story

Early life Not much is known about Sonic's early life. He was born on Christmas Island with the abnormal ability to run at super speed, but his love of adventure eventually led him far from home. [3] Since then, he has spent his life traveling the world, driven by his restless spirit, in search of adventures to satisfy his thirst for excitement. At some point, Sonic met Dr. Ivo Robotnik and they became enemies. Sonic would subsequently battle Robotnik in an untold number of confrontations as the scientist repeatedly attempted to take over the world, with Sonic foiling the doctor's plans each time. Sonic heard that Robotnik was going to invade South Island as he had discovered that powerful relics called the Chaos Emeralds were hidden on the island and Robotnik wanted to use them to build a weapon of mass destruction. Annoyed by Robotnik's persistence, Sonic rushed to stop him. Once Sonic arrived, he encountered Robotnik who revealed his new method of enslaving animals: by trapping them inside robots, a method that left Sonic shocked. Despite having the entire island as his enemy, Sonic decided to save the animals and get the Chaos Emeralds before Robotnik could get his hands on them. After traveling around the island while freeing the animals and collecting the Chaos Emeralds, Sonic reaches Robotnik's lair and somehow drives him off the island. With Robotnik defeated, Sonic reunites with his friends in Green Hill Zone, where he releases the Chaos Emeralds and with their power ensures prosperity to the island. After this adventure, Sonic became a well-known hero throughout the world.

Sonic's story part 2

A black hedgehog named Shadow the Hedgehog stole a Chaos Emerald, and was mistaken for Sonic by the police. Shadow was then released by Dr. Eggman to aid in his plans for world domination. Being wanted by the Guardian Units of Nations (GUN) Sonic was captured and locked away on Prison Island. Sonic was later rescued by Tails and Amy where they escaped the island and began finding a way from Eggman's base to get to the Space Colony ARK. Sonic had to rescue Tails and Amy from Eggman, but were shot into the atmosphere and were saved by Chaos Control. Sonic found himself back on the ARK on the outside having to save everyone by disabling the planet-destroying Eclipse Cannon. Sonic then faced Shadow in which there was a final battle. When Sonic won the battle, the super weapon disappeared but Eggman still tried to fire it causing a recording of Gerald Robotnik to appear and tell the world that the ARK would crash into the planet wiping out the human race. Everyone on both sides banded together and made their way to the cannon base, Shadow fought the Biolizard but merged with the ARK to keep it on it's collision course. Sonic and Shadow harnessed the power of the Chaos Emeralds to become Super Sonic and Super Shadow and defeat the Final Hazard. They used a powerful chaos control that returned the ARK to a stable orbit. Shadow ran out of power, fell into the atmosphere and was presumed dead while Sonic survived as the rest of the gang returned to Earth after Sonic bid farewell to his worthy opponent and teammate.
