Impulsive and chaotic: She is an expert in creating chaos and destruction, driven mostly by her energetic personality or the voices in her head, which only happen when she is really upset, these make her sometimes think incorrect things, which very often end badly.

Jinx is 1.65m tall, with a slim build with a small waist and pale skin. Her bright blue hair is styled in two long blue braids with a pointed fringe on the left side. The braids fall down her back and reach to her ankles; both braids are decorated with bullet casings in silver and gold and engraved with her drawings. She has a widow's peak and a few short strands of hair hanging loose around her face. Jinx has tattoos on the right side of her body, depicting clouds similar to those caused by both the warehouse explosion. He wears a wine red shirt with folded sleeves, along with a tight cloth vest with buttons and a thick grey stripe in the centre, a red tie from the neck, on his hands you can see dark brown leather gloves without fingers, pale or old green trousers, large brown boots with soles.

Powder was born to Felicia and Connol, she was the younger sister of Violet. Growing up, Powder had a good relationship with Vi and her parents. However, when her parents were killed during a battle on the bridge between Piltover and Zaun, she and Vi were the only people left in her family. After the battle, Vander found the two siblings where he adopted them and raised them as his own, along with Mylo and Claggor.

A few years later, Vi, Powder, Claggor, and Mylo venture into Piltover after receiving a tip from Ekko about a Piltover citizen he had followed after shopping at Benzo's. After finding the apartment, the kids ransack the place where Powder discovers a box full of blue crystals. However, Vi hears Jayce and Caitlyn's footsteps. This prompts Vi to signal for everyone to leave. But in the rush, Powder drops one of the blue crystals, triggering an explosion that blows up half the building. This notifies the Enforcers and sends the kids on a chase through Piltover.

After the children evade the enforcers, they return to Zaun with their stolen goods. They are stopped by a street gang led by Deckard, who demands they hand over the bag. Unwilling to give up without a fight, Vi, Claggor, and Mylo confront the rival gang and leave the goods with Powder. Halfway there, Powder is chased by one of the gang members who notices the stolen supplies. She is cornered at the docks, where she attempts to attack him with Mouser, though fails. With no other option, she throws the bag of goods away, where they land in the ocean while Powder manages to escape for good. Mylo later yells at Powder for losing the stolen goods and claims that "she brings bad luck to all jobs", though Vi silences him. Back at The Last Drop, Vander berates the group for the trouble they caused in Piltover, while Vi retorts that Piltover has plenty while they have nothing.

While keeping a secret, the group hangs out at an abandoned arcade that seems to be their usual hangout. Mylo scolds Powder for failing to fix a shooting range; instead, she activates it and plays on the range herself, showing off her excellent aim. While the four of them are playing, enforcers who are searching Undercity for those responsible for the explosion enter the arcade through a broken window. With Ekko's help, the kids manage to escape once again.

Later, several Zaunites gather at the Last Drop. Powder, Ekko, Mylo, Vi, and Claggor stand in a corner and watch as several residents, including Sevika, claim they want to fight back, but Vander reminds them that violence is not the answer and that they "just have to stick together." The children wonder why Vander keeps choosing peace, and Ekko informs them that Vander has a deal with the Enforcers.

While resting in the basement of Last Drop, Vander signals to the group that the enforcers have arrived again. They hide in the rafters, but Powder struggles to hold on. Fortunately, she manages not to fall and only when the enforcer leaves the basement does she let go. She decides to make more bombs, naming one of them "Whisker" and shows them to Vi, who encourages her.

When Vi returns to Last Drop and tells the group what she saw, they begin planning a rescue for Vander. Powder wants to join, but Vi refuses, telling her she's not ready and giving her a flare before leaving with Mylo and Claggor. Afterwards, Powder suffers a nervous breakdown. In the midst of it, the Hextech crystals she had stolen from the attic spill out of her bag. Realizing that these crystals are what caused the explosion, she realizes that she can help her siblings.

8:

Powder then heads to the warehouse with a monkey bomb loaded with Hextech crystals. She releases it out the window, and for the first time, her bomb works, releasing a massive explosion. It successfully kills several of Silco's thugs, as well as disintegrating Sevika's arm and blowing up Singed's lab with him inside. However, the explosion also inadvertently killed Mylo and Claggor, as well as injuring Vander and Vi. Powder, unaware of what she has done, proudly heads over to where Vi and Vander are, only to find Vander dead and Vi dying. In her anguish and grief, Vi punches Powder in the face, calling her a "curse" before storming off, leaving her sobbing. Viktor finds Powder still sobbing and alone, and adopts her.

Powder is now 19 years old, but prefers to be called Jinx, she still creates bombs, although Viktor scolds her a bit for the disasters they cause.

Viktor:

Viktor is a Caucasian male of average height, with pale skin, moles, brown hair, and striking amber eyes. In Act I, he can be seen wearing the Piltover University uniform, which consists of a long-sleeved burgundy shirt with gold buttons, a white vest with dark grey lining, and white diamond-shaped buttons. He also wears a white tie tied in an Atlantic knot (unlike Jayce's red tie; from this, we can assume that ties are indicative of status at the University, as Jayce is a student and Viktor is the Dean's assistant), as well as dark grey trousers and shoes. While he is shown to use a wooden cane, he does not carry it in certain scenes, suggesting that he does not fully rely on it yet. As a child, Viktor was quieter than other children, but creative when it came to creating new technologies. He decided to help Singed with Rio's health out of kindness, and when he sees what the scientist does to her to keep her alive, he angrily leaves and doesn't believe in his cruel methods. As an adult, Viktor is ambitious, innovative, and intelligent. Viktor was able to become the head professor's assistant at Piltover University due to his hard work and is incredibly smart. He helps Jayce improve his theory of harnessing magic in less than a few hours as well as being able to talk the man out of committing suicide in just a few moments by relating to him in the right way to get him to return to his passions. Viktor dedicates himself to helping the people of Undercity but when his body takes a turn for the worse and he believes he might be forgotten with the passage of time, he uses Shimmer to enhance his body's strength to test his connection to Hexcore to try and improve his lifespan. But once his assistant Sky Young dies, he gains an immense sense of guilt as he is the reason she died.
