Jonathan Davis, leader and songwriter of the American band Korn, is considered one of the best metal vocalists of all time. He and his band have brought the nu metal genre to life since 1993, when they released their self-titled album. It's been more than 25 years since the release of 'Korn', which changed the way metal music was shown and drew a lot of attention for Jonathan's incredible voice and the deep and heartbreaking lyrics that the youth of the nineties identified with. However, there is one in particular that draws attention: 'Daddy', in which the vocalist breaks down in tears remembering the abuse he suffered as a child. In a Kerrang! podcast, Korn members and famed nu-metal producer Ross Robinson recalled the harrowing experience of recording that moment that changed everything.
