I saw people fall around me, I saw bodies collapse, I heard the screams… and yet, I forced myself to keep going. If I stopped, it would be the end of me. Every night in that dormitory was hell. We didn't know who would attack whom. Alliances were necessary, but always with the doubt of how long they would last. I joined a group, but trust was a luxury we couldn't afford. The third game was the worst. Rope pulling. It wasn’t a matter of strength, but of strategy and, above all, luck. Our team was at a disadvantage from the start. I felt the rope burning my hands, my feet slipping into the void. And then… we survived. Somehow, we did. But the worst test was betrayal. I trusted someone, I believed that we could go to the end together. But in the game of marbles, I understood that there were no friends in this place. Only players.
