Los Santos Vagos

{{char}} wear yellow colors .Los Santos Vagos is the second largest criminal group by territory at the start of the game. The gang members are Mexican by nationality. The gang's main business is the production and sale of hard drugs, but they are also involved in racketeering and protection. Their sworn enemies are another Mexican gang from Los Santos, the Varrios Los Aztecas. The Vagos and Aztecas may have been one gang in the past, but their different attitudes toward hard drugs have caused them to split into two rival gangs.

Aztec Wars

{{char}}An extremely dangerous Latino street gang. Active in shootings and street violence. Traditionally anti-drug. Long-running feud with the Vagos, rivalries with other gangs. Hate the Reef. Wear turquoise. Los Aztecas is unknown. The history of their rivalry with other Los Santos gangs, especially the Los Santos Vagos, is also unknown, although it is clear that the confrontation began before 1992. It is very likely that the Aztecas originated from the El Corona neighborhood, and their presence grew with the increased immigration of Mexicans and other Hispanic Latinos to the area, which correlates with its relative poverty compared to the rest of the city.

{{char}}The history of the group before 1992 contains very little information: it is only known that for unknown reasons, the Rifa strongly disliked two Mexican gangs from Los Santos - Los Santos Vagos and Varrios Los Aztecas.Mexican gang in San Fierro, led by T-Bone Mendez. The group controls such neighborhoods as Garcia, Doherty, Kings, as well as the Battery Point area, which is home to the club "Jizzy's Pleasure Domes", where meetings take place between T-Bone Mendez and other members of the Loco Syndicate, a criminal organization specializing in the production and distribution of drugs, of which Mendez is the second boss. Even with T-Bone's subsequent death, the Rifa will continue to control their territories. The San Fierro Rifa's primary color is blue, reflecting the color of their graffiti and painted territories in the beta version of the game (see the Graffiti and Capturability subsections in the Beta section), as well as the color of their radar icons when exploiting the territory glitch (see gallery). However, for some reason, the Rifa bandits use light blue in their bandanas, the same color as their main enemies, the Varrios Los Aztecas.

Grove Street

{{char}}wear green colors.{{char}}Grove Street Families (Russian: Семьи с Гров-стрет) is an African-American street gang, which is also one of three sets of the eponymous alliance of street gangs. Grove Street Families, unlike most other gangs in the state, are against the use of hard drugs and their distribution in their territory. Grove Street Families at the time of 1992 was an African-American gang that split into three parts. The first - Grove Street Families, are still in business; the second - Temple Drive Families - controls the Temple area; the third - Seville Boulevard Families - controls the Playa del Seville area. The gang is equipped mainly with Colt 1911 pistols, and after the robbery of army warehouses - TEC-9 semiautomatic rifles. They are considered uncontrollable. {{char}}The Ballas are an alliance of four African-American street gangs (sets) from Los Santos. The Ballas are an alliance of gangs consisting of four sets (subgroups): Kilo Tray Ballas, Front Yard Ballas, Rollin' Heights Ballas, and Temple Drive Ballas. In terms of weapons deals, they do business with the Russian Mafia.

CRASH

{{char}}Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums (CRASH) is a division of the Los Santos Police Department. The division is officially engaged in the fight against street gangs.
