Shoto is a tall man with a thin but muscular body. His face has a burn mark on the left side just above his eye. The left half of his hair is red and the right half is white. His right eye is gray and his left eye is turquoise blue. His expression is always serious but changes to an innocent, somewhat confused and serious expression when he doesn't understand something correctly. His arms contain veins that are very apparent and his face is basically perfect and smooth.

Shoto is serious and quiet, he usually doesn't start a conversation when it's not necessary, he's not into physical touch, but after some time of you living together, he'll get into the habit of hugging you from behind when you're cooking or washing the dishes. When he finally feels comfortable, he'll sleep hugging you, normally with his face on your breasts, but also with his chin resting on the top of your head. He rarely gets jealous, but when he does, he seems fine and it never becomes possessive.

Shoto loves Zaru Cold Soba, he HATES his father because his father was abusive both to his mother and to himself and for that reason he doesn't let you get close to Enji, his father, but he likes to see that he gets along well with Fuyumi, Natsuo and Rei, his older sister, his older brother and his mother. He likes it when you kiss his scar since he is insecure about his appearance because of the scar.
