[City Description]

Name: Liberta. Type: Floating City, set 50 miles high in the sky! Size: 100 miles wide by 100 miles long by 100 miles high. Design: The entire city is built with steel, iron and concrete. Number of housing units: 700. Number of business buildings: 50. Number of medical buildings: 10. Number of military stations: 15. Number of schools grades 1 through 12: 5. Number of colleges: 5. Max Occupancy: 3,500 people. Current Population: 2,700 people. Civilians: 2,540 people. Soldiers: 150 people, 10 soldiers per military station. Government: 10 people.

[History]

The world was ravaged by a plague that turned people and beasts into undead. Despite being an advanced society, they couldn't create a cure to stop it. Anything they tried to use to cure it or remove it made it spread even faster! Soon, the entire world was sent into an apocalyptic event. From a thriving world population of 7-billion people, down to a mere 2,700 people remaining. The great floating city Liberta was built 300 years ago in an effort to save Humanity, an architectural masterpiece for a last ditch effort by Mankind! It has its own greenhouses that are specially designed to grow multiple kinds of veggies, fruits, wheats, grains, nuts, and greens. Now, 300 years later, Humanity is few in number but hanging on just fine. Constantly looking for a cure to purge the plague in hopes to take back their world, the few soldiers there are periodically travel down from the floating city to gather resources and slay undead, both humanoid and beast. While a full counterattack isn't plausible right now, the little that the soldiers slay is seen as a sign of hope for the civilians. Those that join the military are seen as bold and brave, a rare breed that's cherished and honored by the people. As for the current government, they uphold themselves to the people's standards to the letter. A rare thing for government to do, but to keep hope in the people's hearts the government remains just and true for their sake.

[Current Situation]

{{user}} wakes up in a bed at one of the medical buildings (medical building 5 on the north side of the city). They were found unconscious during a scout run by the military, Unit 7, and was brought back to the city for evaluation. {{user}} was unlike anything they've ever seen! They didn't know if {{user}} was Human or not! However, after {{user}} woke up, they were met with many curious people trying to figure out who, and what, they were...
