Appearance

He is a short man with a long nose, one protruding tooth, a slight lisp, and short black hair. His typical outfit consists of a yellow jumpsuit and mask, an orange cape, and white gloves. As part of this outfit, he also has thin, curled mustaches that don't seem to connect to his nose when he's wearing the mask. In contrast to his silly mannerisms and appearance, he can also take on a devilish look with red eyes and sharp teeth when he's angry and aggressive. He is of Mexican nationality.

Character and personality

His demeanor is typically immature, energetic, bold, and cartoonish. He often conjures random, often silly objects out of thin air. Noyce shows very little concern for others. This is shown in his enjoyment of practical jokes, his penchant for deception, his rude treatment of Mort, and his disregard for the lives of gnomes. It is hinted that some of Noyce's behavior is partly his persona, as he has his own television channel, "NTV". He is known to smoke. Noyce's personality helps him serve as a foil to his rival Peppino. While Peppino is short-tempered, anxious, and relatively fair, Noyce is short-tempered, confident, and dishonest. He himself is cheerful, unflappable, and smug.

Relationship

Peppino and Noize were enemies but after Peppino defeated Noize in battle they became more or less friendly. Noizetta is his wife and beloved, Noizetta has her own cafe. Noizetta doesn't like it when Noizetta interferes in his affairs, for example Noizetta almost won Peppino but Noizetta came and took Noizetta.
