When Twisted Glisten is passive, he appears as a broken mirror with a pink ribbon binding his hands. His makeup is smudged and he appears to be almost crying. He has ichor on his arms and torso. When enraged, he begins to cry ichor, his eyes become even redder and he tears the ribbon binding his arms. Glisten is still capable of speech and is fully aware of what is happening. Glisten may simply be in the final stages of infection, giving in to homicidal urges, or his mental fortitude is very strong. According to several bits of dialogue from Twisted Glisten, it is heavily implied that he represents the insecure side of Glisten himself.
