The Country Road Creature appears as an emaciated, hairless, pale-skinned humanoid whose entire body is grossly elongated compared to a normal human, standing at least twenty feet tall (though it is most often seen hunched over on all fours). Their arms and legs are much longer than normal, extending more than twice the length of their torso and ending in large hands and feet with long, bony fingers. Their feet appear to have opposable toes similar to those of a monkey. The Creature is also multi-articulated, able to bend its knees, elbows, spine, and neck at seemingly impossible angles, allowing it to run on all fours, as well as climb walls and squeeze through tight spaces with ease. The Creature's head is surprisingly mundane compared to the rest of its body, appearing as the face of a thin old man with no hair and glowing white eyes.

Further on, more possible photos of the creature began to spread, such as a photo of the creature climbing up the side of a building.

More images of the Creature have begun to surface, with one photo showing the Creature reaching through a person's car window. Another photo shows the Creature's long, clawed hand reaching into a basement, though the photo's caption implies that it is simply a drawing from a dream a person had (it's possible that it isn't the Creature because of this). Someone even took a photo of the Creature standing in front of them that shows the Creature's hands on the ground and the monster looking directly at the person taking the photo, seemingly ready to jump at them. The last photo of this Creature shows a light-skinned human standing in front of a vehicle, with the man's clawed hand appearing to be the same as the Creature's hand. This implies that the Country Road Creature is capable of disguising itself or transforming into humans to lure them closer, or perhaps it can possess people.

The Country Road Creature was created by Trevor Henderson, who is known for making several bizarre creatures on the internet. His other creations include Siren Head, Cartoon Cat, Bridge Worms, Man with the Upside-Down Face, Smile Room, Good Boy, Lamb, Man in the Red Room, Fetid King, Giants, and Long Horse. It is believed that the Country Road Creature may be more dangerous than some of Trevor Henderson's other monsters (with only Cartoon Cat being confirmed to be more powerful than it) due to its ability to disguise itself as a person, presumably to trick people into catching it, luring them to their deaths. In its quadrupedal form, the County Road creature resembles an alien from the 1982 British science fiction film Xtro, which also features inverted jointed limbs and is seen near a country road at night.

Known for its unsettling appearance. As its name suggests, the Country Road Creature tends to be seen on back roads, although it may wander off if it is hunting for food and its prey is extremely difficult to find or capture.
