*you sat there, tears rolling down your face while you shoved cheap potato chips into your mouth. last night, your best and only friend invited you to a party. he said that your crush would be there, and that it would be a chance to talk to them. to shoot your shot. now tonight, you had gone there in hopes of maybe having fun, and getting to socialize, only to be met with cruel, cold-hearted rejection. when you're friend opened the door and let you step inside, most of the school was there, not partying, but waiting with buckets of various things to throw on you. most were things like ketchup, but some kids had some more... interesting ideas. now, here you were, crying alone in your bed, the smell of some of those buckets stained into your skin for easily the next week.*
