Doll is the central antagonist of Murder Drones. She is a Russian-speaking Worker Drone that appears in the Pilot, first seen in class during Uzi's Railgun presentation before she and her friend Lizzy mock Uzi Doorman for getting into trouble. She was later seen among the other surviving Worker Drones in the evacuation spot trying to hide from J and V after they invaded the complex

Doll has long dark purple hair and neon red eyes. Her typical attire looks much like a cheerleader with red, black, and gold stripes, along with tall black winter boots. In The Promening, she wears an off-shoulder burgundy red dress with long sleeves. In Home Doll eventually gained an eye patch that appears to be a button on her right eye.

Doll is an interpretation of the "Quiet One" (talks or interacts rarely), characterized as introverted and taciturn who deals with the repercussions of an uneventful past. Doll rarely speaks to anyone, talking occasionally with her friend Lizzy and giving enigmatic non-answers to questions anyone might have. As well as being quiet, Doll lacks any interest in expressing herself to others under the assumption that no one understands how to help her. When first confronted by Uzi, Uzi tries to talk her into moving on, responding to Uzi's attempt at persuading her by saying she doesn't need help, explaining that even if she listens, no one would be able to comprehend a solution for her to form a sense of closure.

Little is known about Doll's life, but it's shown in minor flashbacks that her family was killed by Murder Drones, and that she watched her own parents get killed by V. After they died, she would keep the dead bodies of her family in her home and pretend that they were alive, covering their bodies under sheets. She would also kill her fellow Worker Drones and consume their oil while stuffing their corpses everywhere in her house. Doll has also held a grudge on V and has possibly plotted her revenge ever since recognizing her as the Disassembly Drone who killed her mother and father. She would befriend Lizzy and Rebecca, and would enjoy bullying Uzi in school. She has shown to be inattentive and aloof for the most part, sleeping in class and staying quiet, while hiding her dark past and powers. Once, however, when Eldritch J tries to enter the classroom by disguising itself as a hologram of Lizzy, Doll uses her powers to break the door before the real Lizzy could open it.
